  1. Finally approved !! PD: 23 July 2023 AR1: 10 Aug 2023 AR2: 24 Sept 2024 Approval: 24 Sept 2024 Started in Texas then transferred to Nebraska service center. I have contacted my congresswoman 10 days ago. She wrote to USCIS. Not sure if this actually helpd as the last 10 days of july 2023 are being processed these days anyways.
  2. I received We have taken an action on your case e-mail but i 'cant check it out because of website being down.
  3. YES, It is. Limited account functionality We are experiencing technical difficulties that may impact functionality in your account and we are working to restore functionality as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.
  4. These need to be documents for the Petitioner or Beneficiary?
  5. For folks that are in the NVC Process past I-130 approval, could you please share the list of documents to be prepared and the fee $ to be paid to clear the NVC step. This would be something we can work on while waiting patiently for the I-130 approval. Thanks.
  6. Any explanation why in the below link it says USCIS is processing July, September, October 2023. While ppl from June are still waiting? https://www.visajourney.com/times/
  7. I did too this morning..they said my case was transferred to Nebraska.
  8. Unfortunately, when I applied, I did not know about I-129F on July 22nd, 2023. Since it's free I have filled out the form and am about to send it. My only concern is if they apply and they accept it I'll have to do an adjustment of status all over again.
  9. My NOA1 was from Texas. what I am trying to find out is where my case is currently. Also, there is no option to see processing time by center like before.
  10. If it won't negatively impact the case, It sounds tempting to try and fill out I-129F to light a fire under their butt. I just don't want to mess up the case. Did you come across people who we're successful with his strategy?
  11. If the I-129F is approved and a before the i-130 do I have to do an adjustment of status once wife arrive to U?
  12. Should I apply for I-129F? The form should be FREE for people who already filled I-130. Is this a good strategy to get a wife here faster since I-130 is not budging?
