My wife used simple, over broad, general categories. She used "Kitchenwares," "Home Decor," "Shoes," etc. My suggestion is to pick an overarching bland generic term to label your stuff. Nobody is going to care. I would suggest that you do not itemize. Itemization will probably give you nothing but grief.

I have never heard of that because there is no such certificate that can be produced in the US. We can provide proof that we are born, married, divorced, or widowed, but we cannot provide certified proof that a person is single. I do not know what to tell you. I'm in the Philippines, and I use ExpressVPN. Pricey, but it works for me. They do have a server in the Philippines and pretty much every where else. Every once in a while I have to switch the server around in the US because Netflix gets smart. I also use ExpressVPN for my phone and Android TV box. (VPN for your phone highly recommended if you use data and apps and especially if you connect to sketchy wifi.)

They are building one in Bacolod. Latest guess is next month, but I don't know given its current state of construction. They have been out pimping memberships for more than six months.

As a note to this, when applying for a new Philippine passport after reacquiring Philippine citizenship, you are required to provide your US citizenship documentation. So if you looking at a scenario where you use your old passport, getting out of the Philippines is going to possibly be the issue. When you attempt to leave the Philippines using the old PI passport and your US passport, you would have to hope that there is no cross check by a BI officer. You have to show your US passport since you have no visa in you PI passport. You're betting a trip to a BI holding cell on how sophisticated the BI computer system is. Sometimes being a kuripot can lead to new life experiences while in Philippine detention. Just pay the $50 and move on.

Yes, through Google voice. It is what I use for text authentications. I receive local texts on my local Philippine number, and I receive US texts through Google voice.
