    Hello K1 visa applicants particularly those in Ghana. I am wondering how long it took for you to get to schedule an interview date. I hear there is a big backlog. Can anyone here from Ghana in this category give me an estimated interview date wait time. Thank you.

    You can't file for a k1 visa (finance visa) and be married. Unfortunately you will have to go back and file for a marriage application (CR-1) . The process starts all over again.

    Hello, what are some of evidence that can be sent to USCIS when they request it for 129F finance visa. I know they will specifically ask what to bring but I haven't received the actual letter yet but I want to get a fair idea. Thank you.

    Hello, can you please tell me how long it took from filing ( date of receiving NOA1) to date of approval. I filled for my finance in Ghana as well and it's being processed at the California center . I just want to gauge how long it takes for approval. Thank you.
