    A courier company called AEG services provide pickup services and that’s what we have selected for pick up location

    The status now shows “ issued “ but we haven’t received any email for passport pickup. In Pakistan they have a subcontractor ( carrier company) pickup location. Should we go and pickup passport or should we wait for email instruction from the carrier company? Very good to know .     Thank you that helps . About 3 weeks wait . I’ve just checked our CEAC case status and they’ve just updated the date but the status still shows” application received “

    Thank you for sharing but do you remember for how long does the status show “ application received “ . The document she was given ( I’ve attached with the original comment) after the interview state that check back for the status update after 2 business days but it still shows “ application received “

    Hello VJ family , My fiancée was told verbally that her visa application was approved but ceac case status still shows “application received “ Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the updated status of your application. Does anyone know how long does it take to see approved status ? thank you in advance

    Perfect and that link takes me to complete DS-160 form . I really appreciate your help and guidance but you wouldn’t recommend to submit the form until the status change to ready ?

    That’s correct but once I try to register after filling out this form and hit the submit button then it tell me that your country isn’t active anymore

    awesome information but the first step says to register a pick up location for passport pick up . Once I click on that it tells me that your country isn’t active anymore . Is that because I’m the petitioner live in US ?

    Our case went to transit today . Should we submit completed DS-160 online application form now or should we wait until it shows ready? Also we don’t show anywhere on the form to schedule an interview at embassy is that next step after we pay the fee ? Thank you

    Hello VJ family , I might be thinking little too much about DS-160 form questions but can someone kindly help to clarify. on travel information section they ask Application Receipt/petition number . Should I provide the uscis receipt number or is it the NVC case number ?
