So I am trying to get a copy of my marriage certificate from ecensus online in the Philippines. Since I was married in the US, it requires me to provide the ffg: (1) REFERENCE NUMBER (2) DISPATCH NUMBER (3) DISPATCH DATE (4) TRANSMITTAL DATE Which I understand can be obtained by calling the DFA. I tried calling all the numbers listed on their site but it wont work. Any one who has called before? Which # did you use? Thank you!
