I feel you Alicia.... I'm also a liberal in this God forsaken state of Texas with rednecks all around. I'll be talking to my Congressman Pete Olson Tx-22 district when I go over 6 months on 12-5-14. Best of luck to you too.
-
Alicia: Sorry if i am rofl.....Send a letter to Ted Cruz?!!? He hates immigration. If he had it his way nobody would be allowed into this country. Our politicians here in Texas are the worst on this subject. Good luck with that but I doubt they are going to help us.

Whoever said they did 8 rfe's this week I sure don't see them on Igor's list. I see 1 case done this week. Yamen everybody around me has gotten an noa2 and I'm just sitting here. I'm starting to think there is something against Thailand visa requests. Nobody has gotten an noa2 from Thailand after me. None!! There are quite a few June Thailand requests and zippo!!
-
If it makes you feel better yamen I'm a day behind you and no answer either. Riddy.... you better get that second job... the sin sod's can get pretty wicked....hahahahahaha!!
-
- Hey Riddy.... seems like Thailand filers get low creed and we get to wait. I am first in line for Thai filers who don't have an noa2 yet. noa1 date 6-5-14 Good thing is the Thai embassy usually gets an interview 2 months or less from noa2. They don't take files in order so who knows whose going to get picked next, but it seems Texas center has decided to take the week off. Nothing yesterday or today so far.

Congrats to all. Called today got a nice young lady who transferred me to an "upper level supervisor" upon transfer was told by system wait was approximately 93 minutes?!!??? So I waited for almost 60 minutes and the system dumped me... Now i know why some people go 'POSTAL"!!! Sitting at 166 days no noa2 yet.
-
Well Josh the reason that the numbers are rising is that all of the california transfers are done. When they sent a bunch over there it was to skew the numbers downward. Now they are sitting in Texas gathering dust and the mean approval time is rising. Before this the mean approval time for Texas service center was over 170 days. Without any transfers just get hunkered down for at least a 6 month wait.
-
All right called the center and got the same balogna story the rest of you guys have been getting. Sounds like some kind of a mess is going on On a brighter note going to Igor's and looking at California's unapproved list they don't have many at all. They knock these things out quick. What that means is we may get another set of transfers over to California Center. From there you get fast tracked.
-
Well I got all of those means beaten. LOL. Noa June 5th and nothing but crickets here. These people are inept....pure and simple and there's nothing to do but wait.
-
If it makes you feel better yamen... out date is older than yours.... still waiting in limbo... lol.
-
Congratulations!! Usually an RFE is something simple and is resolved easily. You can get a roa2 in 2 to 4 weeks and you're on the radar now!! This is good news.
-
A may one got approved today. There is a gap of unapproved filers about 12 or so at the end of May waiting. About 15 a week are done including expedited ones. Texas will fall behind again the next couple of months then get bailed out by California when they get really far behind. It stinks but it is what it is.
-
Another interesting statistic. From Igor's list. Number of petitions from May approved last week.....1 Number of petitions from June approved last week......1 Back to a crawl again folks.
-
It's down. Should we expect anything less from uscis?
-
Exactly. BTW, you're right next to us in the que Andies. Good luck.
-
you call the number on your noa1 800-375-5283. Not to rain on the parade, but better sit back and relax people. If you look at what Texas center did this last week, they are slowing to a crawl. They did 15 petitions this week, of which 8 of them were expedites. That means 7 for April, May, and June filers. Those are the numbers from Igor's list.
-
Congrats Andy and Mel.... Your petition was right next to mine. LOL. They are processing late May you can see. Filter Texas center, All petitions, from date sent and you can get a feel of where they are in the que. 152 days and still counting.. Should be this month.

You don't have to be Dohan. You are past your adjudicated timeline date already. Look at your timeline. If you call uscis and raise enough beef like I just did I'm sure you will get an expedited number like I just did. The agent called the Texas Center and I was on hold a few minutes. My new expedited number looks like this: T-1E ten numbers then TSC I have a funny feeling the E in the number means expedite and from TSC at the end. You can sit patiently or you can demand serivce like what California people get. I'm not a second class citizen. I've waited patiently for 5 months. I only deserve what other people are getting like in California Service Center.

Ok June filers I just finished a good call with USCIS. They told me that they are now processing NOA1's from March 4th. Since my application was 5 months old and I raised some serious hell with them I am now in for expedited service. I was given an expedited number, and told my application now will be processed within 30 days, and I should receive something in the mail within a week or so. Don't sit there and take the anymore June filers. There is no reason that people in the California service center should get noa2's 4 to 6 months faster than us. I'm not a second class citizen, and neither are any of you. Call uscis get someone on the line and raise hell. Squeaky wheels get grease.
-
I see what you are saying wbeem. I"m going back to the mindset of six months for noa2, and just don't expect anything less. NOA1 was june 5th like a few others here. It's a little disheartening when i look at Igor's list though and see 132 other people have gotten their noa2's from texas service center who got an noa1 after me. It seems certain countries do get preferential treatment for what who knows. It is what it is.

Oh because a typhoon hits that's an expeditable situation but a coup de tat isn't? Hummm... A typhoon comes and is gone but my fiancee is listening to gunshots all night for a couple of weeks. Yeah you can say I'm on the hateraid when California people get expedited in 2 months and here in Texas it's 6. It's bullshit pure and simple.

Quit looking at what VJ's timelines say. Unless you are an expedited claim you are gong to wait 6 months or more for a noa2. THAT'S IT PEOPLE!! If you look at people's updated timelines people in March and April are getting their noa2's. It can say they are processing June applications but that's bullshit!! The average turnaround for a noa2 out of the texas service center is 170 days.

Yes, You send them copies of your tax filings.

To the Andies: Usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to get an answer on an rfe, from looking at igor's list... BTW, not everyone around you has a noa2. I'm june 5th too and have NOTHING!! I'm getting the feeling if you are a Thailand petitioner like me you are going to do some serious waiting... No Thai noa2 has been issued after me. It's as if, we are persona non gratis. Happy Thanksgiving, and may you all be able to enjoy it next year with your loves.
