noa1 date june 5, 2014...... finally got an rfe jan. 15th, 2015 they went over normal processing for rfe on march 27, 2015. put in request of why over normal processing times on march29th. They have till april 29th to respond, and I bet they don't even bother. Anyone want to take that bet? Congressman's office working on it since march29th said she needs 30 days to find out something. The saga continues...............

Oooh forgot to mention. Heard a rumor through my congressman's office that TSC may be making another file transfer to CSC soon. Hope springs for some of you.

LOL. Congrats brother!!! Brett still here. 10 months 16 days and still counting for noa2. Even my congressman says 30 days for uscis to answer him. The tragic comedy continues.

Actually I'm taking some good stuff out of this experience. My fiancee has calmed down and is taking it as it comes now. She realizes I'm fighting the best I can for us, and goes with the flow a lot better these days. If you can get through the horrible TSC experience it's a good tune up for marriage and riding out other situations together as a team.

Precisely!! Got with my Congresman's aide she's on it now. Got an appointment finally at the local office for the 15th. Time to go to war again.

They basically wanted the whole packet over again. It's as if the entire contents were lost. i redid the whole thing and put in each section in manilla envelopes. Privet Av!!

USCIS is run like an insane asylum! I called today and was told we will respond to your request of being over processing times in 30 days. WHAT?!?! You go 8 months without doing squat and go over processing time, and then give me an rfe. You tell me you will have a decision in 60 days, and you don't and go over normal processing times AGAIN. Now you need 30 more days to explain why you can't be accountable and do what you say you will do? Got my congressman's office on it, and was told to give them two weeks to work on it. Go to get an appointment at the local office and you can't get one. IT'S A MAD HOUSE!!!! These people aren't accountable to anyone!

My last RFE I put into separate folders for each requested piece of information. Each one labeled and put into a folder so they all stay together. A second rfe is basically saying someone doesn't want to pick up our cases for some reason. Saturday is the last day and then we are over normal processing times again. I think I'm going to call my congressman's office again on Monday. Think I should get an appointment at the local field office too right now. INSANE BROTHER!!

Try your congressman though. Mine is a **, but his staff is helpful and I'm just waiting for my rfe to now go over normal processing times.....AGAIN!! 4 days and counting.

You have an noa2 and interview and visa bro. I'm coming up on 300 days and not even have an noa2 yet. They are about to go over normal processing time again on my rfe. TSC is just totally incompetant.

Anybody beat 290 days and waiting? Went over normal processing times, and promptly got an rfe. REturned to TSC on jan. 27th..... about to go over normal processing time AGAIN, on March 27th. THESE PEOPLE'S SERVICE IS A DISGRACE TO AMERICA!!

Well said Fluff. The thing that exasterbates the situation is I could really, really use my fiancee in my business. I am losing money every day we are apart.

Well I'm coming up on 10 months and still haven't gotten to noa2. TSC of course went over normal processing times, and basically asked for everything to be redone. I neatly redid the entire packet and placed each section in a manilla folder labeled for even a moron to be able to follow. They've got 10 more days on the rfe before they go over normal processing time AGAIN. THESE PEOPLE ARE A DISGRACE TO OUR COUNTRY. That's how I feel about it. Thank God I have a loving buddhist fiancee who has rolled with it, even though almost everyone we came in with has already gotten their visa's and their loved one here. You get real sick and tired of hearing some California petitioner whining about 5 or 6 weeks or whatever. Come to Texas and really get your relationship tested is what I have to say to you.

Oh man, noooooooooooo!!!!! Oh lord, my rfe was acknowledged on jan. 27th. close to you. If they screw up they should expedite you. "should". More excuses, more lies.... texas uscis is an embaressment to America.

Justta and kai bran you're not the only ones. got an rfe on jan. 15th. Got it back to them on the 27th. Normal processing time is march 27th I'm sure they will go over it AGAIN!!

Don't sweat it just a. There are very few grounds for denial. As long as you don't have sex crimes, violations of the Adam Walsh act you are good. My rfe was received 18 days ago. I'm not sweating it though TSC is soooo slow.

They have 60 days to reply to an rfe from the date they receive the information back from you. Usually they take 30 days to do an rfe. It's progress!!

You get a reply pretty quick. I got mine in 3 to 4 days. It usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks to get it settled. Doesn't matter if lawyer did everything right. They may want to buy some time on it for some reason.. Don't sweat it . At least they have picked up your file and now some work is being done. Congrats.

Wait until the website listed normal processing time has passed. Before that you are only getting yourself pissed off. After that you hold the high ground and go on an all out offensive then.

Normal processing time is still June 6th and beyond but they change it around the 15th of the month. Keep an eye on that every day. As soon as you go beyond you have some leverage.

Are you saying after paying $350 for this K-1 visa you need to get another DS-160 and pay another $180..... seriously?!?!!?

I went 7 and a half months brother before getting my rfe. They change the timeline around the 15th of each month. Get ready to go on the offensive as soon as it goes over normal processing times. Find out who handles this stuff at your congressman's office. Get an appointment for around the 20th of the month at your local office. Be prepared to put in an overdue petition with uscis as soon as you are over normal processing time. Chances are you are an rfe like mine and they didn't want to work the file because there was work to be done with it.
