I got my 130 after he was deported. There was no reasons, but the 3 deportations. After he had been deported, I hired a lawyer. I filed the paper in early 2014, I had to get his immigration records. He is 48. He to US when he was 17. He got deported twice before I met him in 2004. The reason they didn’t approve my waivers is because I could not prove hardship. His punishment was 10 years out of country. What I asking is if I can use the same lawyer in US that I used first time? Do you have to use a lawyer in his country?
