Thanks for the reply, can i ask how long you had been together? we do not have joint taxes or stuff liek that becuase i work in canada and she works in USA we def didnt think it would be that hard evidence wise but yeah anything you can offer helps.

We do not have a joint bank account because we live in different countries, but i can do that now? i have a joint credit card as well a life insurance policy where she is the beneficiary and pictures. my job kept me in Canada i am in sales

Hey Guys, this forum is awesome so i thought i would give it a try long story short my wife and i have been married for 8 years as of today it was long distance marriage because of my job. We visited regularly monthly and spent a lot of time during covid lock down together. i have basic evidence such as photos life insurance policy credit card statements. I drive back and forth from Toronto to ny so there really isn't much else. Any help or suggestions would be awesome thanks again!
