My wife is an American. We were married in Canada and have lived here for 6 years together. We now wish to move to the US to be closer to my wife's family.
We filed the I-130 on April 6th, 2004
I-130 NOA received on April 27th, 2004
We mailed our I-129F mailed to Chicago May 10th, 2004 and are still waiting for NOA1
**UPDATE**
My company offered me a transfer to the US through an L1B visa. I have now entered the US and am working here. I am waiting for my L1B paperwork but have an I-94 and have been working in the US for over a month.
****We filed AOS from L1B visa to permanent resident via my wife as the US sponsor. I had my AOS interview on March 8th, 2006 and was granted permanent residency and was told I'd have my green card in 2 weeks in the mail!!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!****
