Did you find out the answer, or what did you do with it? Since the form only asked about the past 10 years, I am not sure why they are asking about something beyond that. Is it because the applicant put it in, or is it just a standard procedure for them to do it for anyone who has been in the military?

Any idea what kind of medical check they perform for the visa? Is there restricting like all limbs have to be present or something? My father had his left leg amputated about 3 decades ago.
