We fell in love in 1984 after we met while on vacation in California. After several years of long distance romance (via "snail mail," phone calls, and visits) we lost touch, but never stopped thinking of each other. We reconnected when he found me on Facebook several years ago, and from the moment we started talking it was evident our feelings were still there. Once we reconnected in person it was like the time vanished and we knew we had a second chance at our lifetime love. Now, almost 30 years later we are now engaged to be married! We can't wait to start our lives together here and begin our married life in the same place we met all those years ago!
