For those that just submitted 601 and 212 forms in June 2015, it looks like there is a 6 month wait for waivers to be adjudicated. Ours was filed on June 22 and received June 25. According to the USCIS website as of July 2, 2015, the Nebraska Service Center is currently working on 601 and 212 Waivers from December 2014 . Our lawyer said that they are working on improving processing times. Hopefully she is right. If anyone has submitted after December and had an approval, please let us know.

Our receipt date for the 601 and 212 is January 26 2015. I was looking up other cases in the app until I got locked out and there is a case date of January 16 2015 that hasn't been touched either. It's been almost six months, hope it won't take much longer. The separation sucks!

I just found out I need to file a solo 212. Russell&Maria and jcastrat, did you file your 601 and 212s after an embassy visa interview, or is that a different process?

fayriebaby please update...received our interview date letter today by snail mail....says the interview was scheduled on June 3...interview date is July 7th Praise The Lord!

So after CC -- do we still keep calling the NVC to learn if an interview date has been scheduled? Or do they really send an email? Because their emails seem to be super late...I don't want to find out a week late about this as I'll make plans to visit my husband if we still don't have an interview date for July and I think his interview won't be until August...but if he gets a July date then I won't spend the thousands of dollars to go visit...

Confirmed -- my SD was 4/27 and my CC was 5/21. Just waiting on an interview date now....they said they have no idea when an interview could be scheduled but will let us know as soon as it is, blah blah blah.....soooo thankful that there wasn't another checklist, alhamdulillah!!!

My scan date (3rd or 4th checklist) was 4/27 and I got 3 N/As this morning....waiting on hold with the NVC now to confirm....I hope this is it!!!

I've been stalking this forum for months as we go through the process of applying for my husband to come to the US, but haven't joined until today! Hello everyone! We recently hit a snag with my husband's I130 process, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Our joint sponsor had her accountant file an extension and won't be doing her taxes until october. We submitted the AOS using her 2012 returns, which are her most recently filed taxes. The other day we got an RFE for the 2013 taxes. Is there anything the NVC will accept until our sponsor's taxes are filed, or do we have to wait until then? Any tips greatly appreciated!
