  1. Correct, the USCIS sends the name change request to a federal court, I guess I will have to be patient
  2. Hey guys, (venting here) I had my interview on May 30 at the Tampa field office and was approved. My status has been on "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled" since then.. I did request a name change so I found out after researching that It cause delays but I had no idea It could be this long. I reached out my State senator on Friday so I'm hoping this will move things along but this has been stressing me out I just want to be done 😢 I have no criminal background, never got a speeding ticket... Has anyone experienced this kind of wait?
  3. My interview was yesterday and I was approved! There was a long wait because Tampa is a big office but the interview itself lasted less than 10 minutes. Very friendly, no complaints. Unfortunately there was no ceremonies scheduled that day so I'll have to wait. My timeline: Date Filed : 2024-02-16 NOA Date : 2024-02-19 Bio. Appt. : 2024-02-19 Interview Date : 2024-05-30 Approved : Yes Oath Ceremony : Comments :
