This morning before work I checked uscis.gov and to my surprise, me and my fiancé's petition had been approved. We have an NOA1 date of June 2. I have to get back to work, I will check back here later.

Good evening everyone. I hope all is well. I have a question. While looking over a copy of the I-129F form that I mailed, I realized that I forgot to answer question 33: "Is your fiance related to you?". I was wondering if they will return the I-129F to me to answer the question? I'm sorry to bother everyone with this simple mistake and simple question..I really don't know how I missed it. Hi everyone, I'm Kelvin. I'm not sure what to say here but I do want to introduce myself. I just recently sent off the petition to have my fiancé come live with me in the United States, and am very excited. I've been reading VJ for a while now and have decided to join your community. I hope I can eventually be of some help to others here, but in the meantime, I'm just along for the ride!

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well. I have a question about the ITR requirement for the affidavit of support. I'm a US citizen and I just sent off the petition to bring my fiancé here to live with me. My problem is that I started a new job on December 9, 2013, so my most recent ITR will be of little use to them at her interview(I think). The prior year (2012) also only has me working a short time. Is that going to be a problem? Should I just send the transcripts I have available and provide them with all of my paystubs, an employment letter, and a bank statement from an officer at my bank? If they take my hourly rate and average hours worked, I am well above the poverty guidelines. Also, my fiancé lives in the Philippines. Please provide any suggestions and thank you for reading.
