I am going with just this certificate and hope it is enough for my case. Either way, I will post my experience as to how it went and how I got there. So I was finally given the go for my second (hopefully last) interview at the Juarez Embassy after I was denied the first time a year ago under the fact that I overstayed after I turned 18. To make a long story short, I have received the letter from the Consulate asking me to update my DS-160, and gather all the papers needed for my interview. Technically, it is asking for the same process as the first time I went to Juarez. My question is, do I have to sign a new I-134 Affidavit of support? or is it enough with the form I gave them last year? The affidavit is still the same. I have the new tax forms but I am wondering if I also have to give a new signed form with it?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
