I applied for k1 in September we didnt even had a plan to get married I haapend to go to india we decided to do the weeding but in my eyes I was thinkin in US even if even if go to church and do the ceremony we still not married couple until we go to court house and do our weeding. And pkus my weeding is hasnot been registered in india so I am still married or I can do some about this

I dont knw how they find out we just went to temple we didnt go to court for marriage

So can she still come or no. If she was baned they should told her right there you are baned all they said we will mail you a letter saying what else we need

At the interview they asked her if sh was got married she answered no the consulate lady said dont lie mam you got married on this date. Then wife answers yes she said dont lie mam if you lie more you could be ban know all you have to wait for for our letter and we will tell you what else paperwork we need from you due to not notified no one. And also consulate said we know your relationship is not a lie we believe that

At the time I applied for her k1 we were engaged in that process I had to go to india in a emergency and my grandmother was really sick and thats when we got married

Hello can someone help me please its really complicated I applied for my fiance as k1 visa but during that time we decided to get married we got married but didn't notify no one we left the case as k1 visa.
