How long she is allowed to stay? -
Hello guys, I am US citizen and planning to marry a Canadian citizen. Can she stay with me in the US while waiting for approval? I know Canadians they enter to US without a visa for 6 months. Can she stay with me that long, exit the country and come back again? I really don't know what is the best options we have here!we really don't want to live apart for more than one year! By the way, she has her own business there is canada.

Hello guys, our case was approved today, i didn't received an email yet but i saw there a second AR on the app "case track". Went directly to my account and found the approval notice. PD: SEPTEMBER 7TH California service center US citizen best of luck for the rest of you!
