My wife and daughter have just received the CONFIRM notice and online access codes. It took about one month since I did the I134A. How long does it take to get the travel documents?

For people who have used U4U, when the beneficiary does the pre-travel attestations, do you have to upload vaccination records to prove that you had the vaccines? When the war started, the US Embassy in Kyiv destroyed my wife's Ukrainian biometric passport with SB-1 visa attached, green card, vaccination records, etc. I am trying to get her back home using U4U.
