  1. This is the email they sent to my fiance.
  2. A sad update. 2 days prior our interview, we got an email saying that wven tho qe booked an interview, we were not eligible for one, as is been over 4 months since the Approval date and that if we wish to continue we could send a letter stating why we didnt got the interview sooner.
  3. Those are great news. We already got the medical done, her police clearance and just waiting for Singapore police clearance, hopefully we get it on time. I'm guessing is better if we get a more recent letter of intent of marriage to bring to the interview as well.
  4. Finally just landed an appointment for the interview. St Luke's appointment is already set for next Monday. Woot Woot!!!! Now question is Gf interview appointment is 12 days of her schedule flight back to her overseas job. Will that be enough time to get her passport with the visa ?
  5. Can you do the medical without having an appointment with the embassy schedule?
  6. Ahh i see, ill keep trying in the morning then. Where your appointments too apart from the date your lawyer got them?
  7. Long story short, we finally manage to get the visa fee paid this weekend. We are currently trying to get an interview appointment for first week of June, as well to schedule the medical for next week, but Ustraveldocs is showing not available appointments. We were trying to get everything done from May 15 to June 20. Is there any specific day/time i must check the UStraveldocs website to get an appointment, or is it completely random?
  8. yeha, i mean is it possible to change to Singapore consulate, and still even so, she will have to go to Manila to get that police clearance thing.
  9. When we started the process, we thought she will be done with her employer by the time the Consulate had her application, but due to covid her employer decided to give her the job indefinitely with the only requirement that she lets her employer know at least 3 months prior her resignation, so plan is that she is staying until October 31st then fly back to PH to sort everything out then later on NOV flight to US. We are fine with the Visa being delay(i mean, not that we wanted it to be, but as plan B it works), it will be delivered to her family home in Manila anyways, we were just concerned if we had to wait until the consulate get her medical exams or no, like we didn't wanted to book an interview then being told " gotta reschedule because not SLEC result yet, and then not having spots open ro reschedule within the 13 days window.
  10. Asking because this is our story. My gf works overseas, so she only has 2 weeks vacation in Ph, so our plan is to get the medical on day 2 and 3 of the vacation, then interview on day 4, all aiming to get her visa before she leaves for work again on day 13th, even if her visa is not delivered by then, thats ok with us as the plan is for her to come to the US on November, but if we can accomodate the whole process in the 13 days that will better for us. So to resume, can her interview be cancelled if the medical results are not in at Consulate, at the time of the interview?
  11. what will happen if the consul does not have the results at the time of the interview?
  12. err hijacking this. sorry @IWander but they are needed for the interview right?
  13. so best bet is interview 2 weeks after medical, correct? good luck today on the medical keep us updated.
  14. no idea, my gf called today and was told "we send the results to the embassy within a week or two." we were planning on scheduling the medical on a Tuesday then the interview on a Friday, but now we are not so sure. So im waiting on you to update us now 😛 PS. our interview is planned for June, so yeah no rush there.
  15. good luck on your exam. is it true that they take at least a week to send the results to the embassy?
  16. Thanks, went today to pay in person and was turned back, as totally didnt pay attention and got a deposit slip from the site. going back tomorrow
  17. lrighty. Thanks for the reply. meaning on #2 question, i just get the most recent number and use it to pay correct?
  18. Hi there, decided to post directly on the Ph region a few questions i have. Long story short, I-129F filled on 2019 I-129F approved on 2020 NVC Case number on Apr 2020 Manila embassy notification (ok to schedule interview) Apr 2022 Right now, we filled the DS-160 and created the profile on USTRAVELDOCS.COM but we are stuck here. Questions. 1- According to the information i have gathered from VJ, we are on the right path and the next things to do are. Pay Visa fee Schedule Interview Pay and schedule Medical examination to at least a week prior the interview date. If this correct? 2- When we go to https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-bancnetonlinepayment.asp we are given a different reference number every time we load the page(see attachment), is this number really important? or even if is being pay in person at a RCBC branch? also note that when this number is given, there is no way for us to tell if we are logged into our ustraveldocs account, as it dont show . 3- We are planning to schedule everything for June as is the month that ill be visiting, if i pay the visa fee now, does it expires? if so in how long? 4- Im(petitioner) planning to go to Philippines for 15 days to be with my fiance for the medical examination, the interview and if everything goes ok, the delivery of the actual visa, will this be enough time?. 5- Once the Visa is approved, how long is this good for? (My fiance will like to give a heads-up to her current employer so that they can find and train her replacement) Thanks for all your help.
  19. ok so receive notice date. we also found this I check it today and still showing this, imma take it as if we can still do this.
  20. We called today and got told that we need to know our PRIORITY DATE, but no idea where we find this, or how we get one.
  21. Hello there, it seems my old post went missing. I filled a I-129F for my fiance back in 11/2019, It got approved on 03/2020, then on 04/2020 I got the letter from the NVC with the MNL Case number, but then with covid and everything that went around, i lost track of the process, as well my fiance and I were not in best terms because we couldn't see each other and didnt knew how long the lockdown was going to last. On 04/2022 I got an email from the Manila Embassy stating that my fiance was eligible to schedule an appointment, but we were not sure is we wanted to continue the process, fast forward to today, we have seen each other 2 times and planning to meet again around summer 2023. My question is, can we continue this process as it is right now, doing the checklist and scheduling the interview at the Manila embassy, preferable around the time we will be together in Manila, or do we need to start a whole new process again. I lost most of the papers i had on a flood and all i have right now, is a copy of the I-129F packet i sent back in 2019. I have attached the only emails i got from this case, as they somehow were not linked to my USCIS profile, and had to link them manually. Thanks for any insight that can be given.
