    I did my medical in the Parkavenue clinic, the doctor was nice and chatty. I had to fill out a long questionaire about medical history, then he did some routine checks (bp, weight, listened to heart etc) and asked some questions, such as about mental health history etc. He looked at the proof of vaccination I brought and determined I needed a tetanus shot, which I got right there at no extra charg
