RESOLVED-
We got rfe and took the opportunity to add remaining missing pieces of puzzle. We answered rfe and also added our son's picts, birth certifacate and filled page 3 (information on fiance's children) then put a note on it that we mistakely omitted that part. We got approved week after, our petition is on it way to Lagos now. so after interview I'd know if its included or not but I'm very positive that its included.

Permission to Work After admission, your fiancé(e) may immediately
apply for permission to work by filing a Form I-765, Application for Employment
Authorization with the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction over your place of residence.
Any work authorization based on a
nonimmigrant fiancé (e) visa would be valid for
only 90 days after entry. However, your fiancé
(e) would also be eligible to apply for an
extended work authorization at the same time as he or she files for permanent residence. In this case, your fiancé(e) would file Form I-765
together with Form I-485 as soon as you marry.

@ConorBradley89- I'm using phone and it has being playing games on me. Lol
We got NOA1 on Dec. 10th. Its good though because my expectation was RFE would be issued on 5months mark but on 4 months, its a good thing.

Well thats not such a bad thing at least that means you can correct whatever is wrong and you will get approved then, what date did your NOA1 come in if you don't mind me asking?

Its indeed a visa journey. Logo of this site has said it all. Journey filled with emotional ups and downs, loneliness, where overtaking is lawfully allowed, last can become first. It is not when you file but when you got approved, that matters.
Today, we have December filers that have their visas in hands, some are on interview stage, some just got approved, some are waiting for approval while some are waiting for RFE.
I've not seen my fiancee in the last one year one, and our first child will be 5months on 11th. I don't have opportunity to touch him, bless him and raise him up and show him whole world. My fiancee is out of work for the past 6 months to take of our son. Its not easy at all for us but I know as going gets tough, tough gets going. Hopefully, I'll be there for my son one year birthday in November.
I really appreciate kindness of December filers community, though I don't post but I visit this thread more than USCIS page.
Everyday is a PLUS, WE ARE GETTING CLOSER EVERYDAY

my fiancee sent our petition just two weeks after she delivered our first child and no evidence concerning our child is included in our petition, and also considering the fact that our country is 'high risk country' which implies that more evidence is needed.
There is chance for us to get RFE, so I'm just wondering if we could 'SIDELOAD' since we did not FRONTLOAD in the first place?

thanks so much guys!!!
-
my fiancee recently submitted our petition without letter of intention of getting marry, what effect would this have on our petition? Though other evidences like photos, facebook messages at el are submitted.
-
90 days of waiting is moving closer, fingers crossed
-
NOA2!!! Please come quick

Benefits of Frontloading in a High-fraud Consulate
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
yes and no.
Frontload with evidences from different categories.
Don't just print 200 pages of facebook or whatsapp chat log but 5 pictures of just two of you together. Pick small of everything-
- your first message on facebook or email. its establishes chronological of your relationship (if you stated that your relationship started in 2011 but you printed 200 pages from 2012 upward, your stark evidence would be questionable- someone was denial for this reason)
- pics with both family, friends and events that you attended that can tell story not just two of you in different attires. (good gesture in pics is very important, no holiness gap or distance, or 'pant down' pics (no desperation, pls))
To establish finance- open joint account or send western union regularly (i received a lot of $50 from on fiancee)
- tell 'how did you meet' story well not just we met through friend's friend.
My friend, frontload with quality not quantity.
To answer question you asked others-
in our case, about 10 pages of facebook but all are from our earliest messages, 20 pics of us, family and friends but 15 pics of our son, 24 pages of rebtel and many others at moderate level, no excess.
