Well, from my humble experience, I think you'll hear good news soon. I did the same thing and filed a service request when they had that glitch and got that same email and like 4 days after I found my approval notice in the mail. I'd advise you to call on Monday at 8 am and ask to talk to a tier-2 officer. When they calls you back, tell them that you filed a service request and never received a reply (if I remember correctly when I filed that request, we were supposed to hear back on the 11th). He will most likely tell you that your case has been approved and you should expect a notice in the mail.
Hope this was helpful, and let me know when you get the good news.
Thank you march16filer for your response. Yes, this is helpful. I hope we get a positive answer from uscis soon. Today is exactly one year since we applied for removal of conditions. Congratulations on your approval!

We have an update, not a very exciting one, but still an update. My husband filed a service request when uscis had that big snuffu with the processing time (saying they were processing July 2016 cases). He got an e-mail from uscis, which he only recently found (it was sitting in his spam folder for a while ), saying that the file is currently under review and that we should get a decision or notice from uscis within 60 days. From your experience, what do you think this means?

Hi Everyone, I am happy to let you know that we got the approval letter today. The decision date is April 5. The letter says we will get the card within 60 days. This community has been great support for me. I didn't write frequently, but following your stories has been of great moral help. Thank you! Good luck to everyone who is yet to get an approval!
Btw, can someone please update our timeline? I don't know how to do that.
