Hi all! I got a bit confused. The instruction for n-400 says
C. Children and Support of Dependents. Bring evidence that all of the children listed on your Form N-400 are your children. Such evidence may include: (1) Birth certificates for all children you claim, or a court order naming you as the parent;
etc.
Here is my question since they require send with N-400 all the copies of the documents they list in the section EVIDENCES
if I have to send a copy of all my children's birth certificates I listed on my n-400? Does it apply to every applicant? Even if they are not my spouse's children? I just don't quite understand the purpose. Any thoughts?
