  1. We all know the painful waiting time and feel bad when we have been forgotten and left behind. No RFE, no updates, always "initial review".

I see both CSC and TSC start working fast on Jan petitions, but leave some Nov and Dec filers untouched. CSC seems faster than TSC, but not everyone. I'm CSC Dec filer but still waiting for NOV2. Not sure what to do since it's only 68 days, just waiting.

When I read a lot and learned more stressful stories and experience, I really like this forum and feel better when I read those warm and supportive words. Thank you all!

Congrats on those who got approved and hope all pending NOA2 get good news this week!

  2. Congrats to all of you! It must be very exciting after long wait!

I filed on 12/5 at CSC and got my NOA1 on 12/12, have been waiting 55 days... I check 10 times a day, but still "initial review". No RFE and nothing happened since 12/17 when the alien registration number was changed.

I thought I could see my finance in Feb. but my travel plan has to be postponed as I may get RFE anytime that has to be responded as soon as possible.

  3. I'm December filer, sent 129F on 12/5 and got my alien registration number changed on 12/17/13. Now I'm waiting for NOA2. When reading lots of posts and checking Igor's list, I'm wondering if CSC has slowed down their K-1 processing since very few cases got approved recently.

I also checked the USCIS status of "batch" group around my receipt number and see most of us are in "Initial Review".

Hope all filers get approved soon!
