  1. I had my i-129f and I-130 cleared. I sent the AOS fees to the NVC and they sent me the I-864 package and my spouse sent the DS-3032 (agents choice form) to the NVC. She received a email saying that she will be receving a package in the next four weeks. Meanwhile she received a letter from Consulate saying to attend for a K-3 visa in the middle of August.

I want to cancel K-3 visa processing and proceed with the CR-1 Visa. what are the steps to do that

Can anyone please let me know

    Regards

  2. Hi,

Today my I-130 was approved. What is the next step. Wait for the NVC to send me a bill or packet or should I file any more papers at this time. One more thing is my I-129F is still pending and will be approved any day once my I-129f gets approved can I abandon K-3 processing or should I write to the NVC asking them to abandon my K-3 process and continue with I-130.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  3. Hi,

I mailed the I129F form to Chicago on Feb 2, 2006. I got a NOA on Feb 8, 2006. Now the processing time line for I129F for spouse is March 5, 2006. Till now I didnot get any reply. What should I do. When I called the National Center all I am getting is a message which says that this type of application takes 60 to 90 days. Can anyone suggest something.

    Regards
