  1. File the AOS now, do not wait. Having a baby does not give evidence of a bona fide marriage. Lots of people have babies.

  3. I divorced my ex-husband in 2017. My 10-year green card is in that last name. I am remarried now and would like to change my name to my current husband. I have requested this name change through USCIS but unsure if I can start changing my name on other documents such as social security card, driver's license, etc. I do not want to apply for citizenship at this time which is why I requested the name change to my current green card (I know it will cost more money in the long run and I am OK with that). As long as my passport and green card remain the same, can I change all other documents? Or is it also ok to change my passport knowing they may not match until the updated green card is approved. I would travel with my marriage certificate.
