  1. Hmm, I see you are conveniently ignoring the information out there that is showing the Biden corruption. Now just because the biased MSM does not highlight Biden’s lies does not mean he is not a serial liar, and if you or the media decided to run a real-time fact check of Biden and tabulate his lies, they would far surpass Trump’s as Biden has been a lying elected politician a lot longer than Trump. I am not defending Trump, but I understand why he is doing what he is doing. As a disrupter, he is demonstrating the rot in the federal bureaucracy by doing this, and opening up people’s eyes to the two tier Justice system which you seem to be OK with. Most people can see the strategy by the elite DC insiders to hammer Trump all while ignoring worse actions by the members of the DC insiders, but hey, slow, steady and corrupt seems to be your desire. Whatever, you do you. Yes, you have to hit the three dots in the upper right of your post to get the edit, report and share features.
  2. Just another elephant in the room. Many states charge a higher registration fee for EVs to make up for the state fuel taxes, but the federal fuel tax is another issue altogether.
  3. It is fine to travel outside the US with a pending N400, my wife left right after her biometrics appointment. Just keep track of all the days you are outside and you can update your travel history at the interview. Good Luck and Safe Travels!
  4. Actually it is broader than that as it is irrelevant if one is a Democrat Leftist.
  5. So you are only 5-6 months into the I751 process. Follow the instructions @Mike E mentioned, and deal with the relationship situation right now, and if it is beyond repair, file for divorce. Once the divorce is finalized, you can contact USCIS and change your I 751 to a divorce waiver. Good Luck!
  6. Assuming you answer truthfully when applying for ESTA, no repercussions if denied. Good Luck!
  7. She doesn’t, and they won’t listen to her as China owns Old Corrupt Joe.
  8. When did you file the I751? Is the divorce final?
  9. To be fair, Yellen was just presented with a massive bag of Werthers Originals, and was oh so grateful.
  10. They don’t call him Creepy Joe for nothing.
  11. I prefer a President that is not a serial liar, a plagiarist, and not willing to sell their influence for financial gain. I do like a President that talks to the people, shares information, disrupts the swamp that is DC, and tells it like it is. Trump may have been crass, and in some ways he depended a little too much on political insiders when forming his office, but he had great ideas which you know were great as it pissed off the DC bureaucracy, and he talked directly to the people. When is the last time Old Corrupt Joe Biden actually talked to the people without a cheat sheet or teleprompter.
  12. Congratulations! Good Luck with the AOS stage.
  13. Yes, the Democrats and the Left are very good at re-defining words and using that to gaslight many. Of course they get a lot of help from their allies in the MSM. Progressivism is the new word for Socialism, and like socialism, progressivism will fail, the question is what will the fallout look like.
  14. You need to contact USCIS and request an ADIT (I 551) stamp. Good Luck!
  15. Well said! Yes DJT is a disrupter, and the elected leadership on both sides, and the bureaucracy could not let that happen less they run afoul of their WEF overlords.
  16. Yes, I agree, but the 150k miles is the industry standard. The average age of the entire fleet has been going up significantly though, and EVs that are not in an accident are more than likely to last longer.
  17. The issue is the pack needs to survive all the inputs from the road for 150k plus miles which makes it difficult to design them for ease of service.
  18. Filing for an immigrant visa requires consular processing back in your home country.
  19. If you have not left since last entering the US on your F1 and your circumstances have changed, you can legally AOS. At the time of the GC interview, the IO may ask about it, but intent is determined at the border.
  20. It would be hard to comment on that as we don’t know what the context was of that conversation. Overall, yes, you do not have to offer information to CBP, but you do need to answer their questions truthfully.
  21. The materials used to assembly the batteries are not very conducive to repair at this point. I have seen the Tesla and Rivian packs, and the potting used to fill the space between the individual cells is not easy to remove, so anyone specializing in tearing a pack down and refurbishing it for Re-use might involve a bit of liability insurance. On the whole, I think the insurance companies have not caught up yet particularly on full EVs. With full EVs being around 1-2% of the market, I am not sure the insurance companies have enough information to understand the ramifications. Time will tell' and the study cited in the video seems to show the insurance industry is waking up.
  22. If you get married in the US and AOS, there is no going to France for at least 6-8 months (YMMV) until you get either your GC or AP, as even if re-admitted on your student visa, your AOS filed before leaving becomes abandoned when you leave.
  23. Any news on that ship fire in Newark that resulted in the deaths of 2 firefighters? Ship was carrying many cars and to my knowledge is still burning.
