Canadian Life Alert Just Euthanizes You When You Push The Button OTTAWA — The Canadian Medical System has officially rolled out its own "Life Alert" which provides immediate, medically-assisted death to geriatric patients who push the button. "If you fall and can't get up, now you can comfortably die right there!" said Dorian Michel, director of Canada's Euthanasia Initiative. "This will save so much hassle with trying to help old people back up to their feet. I don't know if you have ever tried to help an eighty-year-old off a bathroom floor, but it is a HUGE pain." https://babylonbee.com/news/canadian-life-alert-just-euthanizes-you-when-you-push-the-button

And it was decided by simply having men kick a ball toward a large rectangle with another man trying to stop the ball from going in the net. Exciting. When will soccer/football adopt a sudden death overtime format?

Ok, confusion clearing up. Since both the USC and intending immigrant are in the US, yes I130/I485 is an option. It really is up to you, but yes, the I485 takes some time to process, but the applicant is in a state of authorized stay. There are issues with working and international travel that you have to discuss if you take this route.

Hmm, why doesn’t old corrupt Joe get fact checked like the last guy? Biden exaggerates his visits to Iraq and Afghanistan at veterans town hall in Delaware https://www.foxnews.com/politics/president-biden-exaggerates-visits-iraq-afghanistan-veterans-town-hall-delaware -
Apparently $223k will not be enough. Go woke, go broke. Just another example as to why federal bureaucratic agencies cannot be trusted. CDC Quietly Scrubbed Key Firearm Stats After Pressure From Gun Control Activists, Emails Show The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) quietly removed a range of gun statistics from its website after gun control advocates complained that the statistics made gun control laws harder to pass, according to emails between CDC officials and gun control activists. Over a three-month period, gun control advocates met with CDC officials about its estimate of defensive gun uses per year, which ranged from 60,000 to 2.5 million based on a review of various studies, according to the emails. The advocates argued that the 2.5 million statistic, found in a study by criminologist Gary Kleck, was misleading, incorrect and made it harder to pass gun control laws, spurring the CDC’s decision to remove the statistics from its website. (RELATED: New Poll Shows American’s Attitude Toward More Gun Control) “[T]hat 2.5 Million number needs to be killed, buried, dug up, killed again and buried again,” Mark Bryant, one of the attendees who runs the Gun Violence Archive (GVA), wrote in an email to the CDC. “It is highly misleading, is used out of context and I honestly believe it has zero value – even as an outlier point in honest DGU discussions.” https://dailycaller.com/2022/12/15/cdc-quietly-scrubbed-key-firearm-stats/

Another thing we apparently voted for. Will only get worse as the Leftist/Democrats government pushes EVs more and more. Energy Grid Changes Leave California And The Midwest Vulnerable To Blackouts California and parts of the Midwest are at a high risk of electricity shortages in the coming years amid the transformation of their grid from one reliant on fossil fuels to one reliant on other sources of energy such as wind and solar. The warning comes from the latest annual assessment of the grid by the North American Reliability Corporation, as cited by CNBC. According to the assessment, the Midwest and Ontario in Canada risk power shortages because they are retiring more generation capacity than they are adding. At the same time, California’s problem is due to a “variable resource mix” and “demand variability,” Mark Olson, manager of reliability assessments at NERC, said. California this week approved a roadmap for becoming carbon neutral until 2045. The plan relies heavily on reducing hydrocarbon consumption and expanding the state’s solar power generation capacity. https://news.blackchronicle.com/energy-grid-changes-leave-california-and-the-midwest-vulnerable-to-blackouts/#:~:text=California and parts of the Midwest are at,sources of energy such as wind and solar.

Per the N400 instructions, the tax return information is not required evidence for filing, but rather evidence needed for the interview. File now, (or when your window opens) and by the time your interview comes around you will most likely have the 3rd year (same circumstances as my wife). Good Luck!

I agree with @OldUser, this is definitely not a DIY case. If your lawyer knows now about the previous marriage and is saying you should still be able to adjust, they may know something we don’t know. On the surface it appears this was never a valid marriage, but you did not know this, so a VAWA may be possible. What isn’t clear to me is the timelines involved, so your ex was already married when they petitioned for you (which visa? K1, spousal visa, etc.?) and now they are petitioning for their previous spouse. Are you sure this is not a case of your ex immediately looking for a new spouse after your divorce? Good Luck!
