  1. I agree, show up on the 13th, bring all your interview NOA’s and hopefully the IO will cover both. Good Luck!
  2. See, I told you, you needed to head down through Laughlin/Bullhead City and stay in NV/AZ. Whenever we take the drive between Yuma and Death Valley, we avoid CA until we cannot anymore.
  3. Also familiarize yourself with the I864A for members of the household that will be combining their income. Good Luck!
  4. Here is a relevant thread. The parents will have to apply since she is a minor. Not sure of the interview requirements for a minor in Argentina. Good Luck!
  5. Yeah, the boarding foil is an option, but the best option in the case of the OP is to go to Guam, and present themselves to CBP as a returning LPR. The re-entry permit application can then be used as you suggest, proof of no intention to abandon LPR status. This is similar to what the linked thread mentioned, but we did not hear back to understand if that poster got their I551 stamp.
  6. I don’t disagree, and it may work to prove the OP did not intend to abandon the I751 or LPR status with CBP, but how does the OP get past airline check-in with an expired CGC, expired extension letter and a NOA showing they applied for a re-entry permit that has not been issued?
  7. Back in 2018, my wife had her N400 interview with her I751 pending. She was called to the N400 interview, I went with her, and the IO requested I come back as well and conducted a short combo interview and asked if we had any additional information to add to the package so we added updated tax filing copies. My wife got the same slip about her N400, but a few days later we got the NOA of the I751 being approved, and the N400 “oath to be scheduled” message. Of course many things have changed since 2018, but hopefully you will hear good news soon. Good Luck!
  8. Did you have it issued while your CGC and extension letter were expired? OP does not actually have a re-entry permit.
  9. Then you might be able to do the same thing the poster did that @powerpuff referenced. Fly to Guam and get an I551 stamp. Maybe @Mike E or @ositakl will weigh in. Good Luck!
  10. Yeah, I think the re-entry permit is a non-starter since your GC and extension letter is expired. What country are you from?
  11. I agree' both are ugly, I also think the Tesla X and Y are quite ugly. The Tesla S looks nice, the 3 is so so. Personally I am more of a sedan/coupe guy, but of course here in the US, it is all about SUVs, and hatchbacks. I do like the looks of the GMC HD trucks. They look beefy for a truck.
  12. Gotta have Big Brother Determine appropriate speech and sources. Sen. Ernst calls out Biden for spending millions on tool to help 'police content' posted by friends and family https://www.foxnews.com/media/sen-ernst-calls-biden-spending-millions-tool-help-police-content-posted-friends-family
  13. Sorry, missed the reference to the extension letter also expired. Here is a thread that may help with someone in the same situation. A couple of options. Try to get a boarding foil (I131a) at the nearest US Consulate which is $575, or fly to Canada or Mexico (if this is possible with your foreign passport) and cross the boarder by land. I don’t think the re-entry permit is meaningful as it is tied to the validity of the GC. Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/i-131a
  14. Probably a good idea to familiarize yourself with the AOS guide. Good Luck!
  15. Yep, this is why the AOS/I485 was rejected. She needs to file the I130, it can be done online, then resubmit the I485 with a copy of the I130 receipt/NOA. Good Luck!
  16. What is the official final divorce approval form for Malta?
  17. I’ll go with the cash! But would,be fun to get an old set of Jarts.
  18. Done that drive several times, a lot of nice views heading into the Colorado valley between Vegas and Yuma. Are you taking US 95 all the way, or heading through Laughlin/Bullhead City? As to the weather here, -12 C and dropping at the moment, a lot of wind, some snow, but most of it is blowing around.
  19. What’s wrong with a Prius that instills such thoughts? If people want to drive them, and it suits their needs, what is wrong with that? Personally I am not a big fan of the Prius, and it does not suit our needs, but they are no different than any other vehicle out there.
