  1. Should give them a hatchet and tell them they have 5 minutes before the next plane takes off.
  2. I really don’t think she made a mistake, she simply told the truth about the Democrat/Leftist ideology. 6. Yes, go ahead and start the process for a new passport and you will be fine when you get to the interview. A lot of folks get new passports in the middle of the process. Good Luck!
  7. Again you are completely ignoring the political aspect to this prosecution. Of course the Garland led DOJ wants this in December right before the GOP primaries begin as they are angling to make sure Trump wins as that is the only chance for Old Corrupt Joe. I know, slow, steady and corrupt...
  8. So is this considered motor boating? Biden nibbles on frightened young girl during trip to Finland, weirding out Twitter users https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-nibbles-frightened-young-girl-during-trip-finland-weirding-twitter-users
  9. Bless your heart, you actually believe the DOJ is an upstanding organization. Then why not have the trial tomorrow?
  10. The graph listed as Figure 6 is quite telling. No one really understands the emissions from getting all the materials to make EVs yet. I have seen some studies that show diesels running on renewable diesels also known as hydrotreated vegetable oil (not biodiesel) is far superior to EVs in CO2 emissions even with optimistic EV manufacturing studies.
  11. More disdain from Old Corrupt Joe for the taxpayers, and a blatant vote buying scheme. 12. Or they know exactly who it belongs too, and are protecting that certain someone. The problem is, their lack of even trying to find the answer makes them look like the Keystone Kops.
  13. A long read, but well worth it as it is well researched and informative relative to the EV myth. As I have said many times, EVs are practical for some, but are not a complete replacement for ICE from a functionality standpoint. My issue is with the artificial market forces lead by the governments around the world and the likes of the WEF driving EV adoption. I heard one commenter mention a similarity to Palm Pilots with respect to the current EV market. When one company owns nearly 75% of the market (Tesla), it is really more of a cult product and potentially it will fall off the cliff in the early adopter phase like the Palm Pilot did. Now of course in the case of Palm Pilots, the governments were not directly or indirectly forcing their adoption, so EVs may face a different outcome, but with increasing distrust of governments, who really knows. Electric Vehicles for Everyone? The Impossible Dream July 12th, 2023 Report by Mark P. Mills The scale of those upstream emissions emerges from the fact that a typical EV battery weighs about 1,000 pounds and replaces a fuel tank holding about 80 pounds of gasoline.[31] That half-ton battery is made from a wide range of minerals, including copper, nickel, aluminum, graphite, cobalt, manganese, and, of course, lithium. Critically, the combined quantity of these specialty and so-called energy minerals is 10-fold greater in building an EV, compared with an ICE car.[32] As researchers at the U.S. Argonne National Labs have pointed out, the relevant emissions data on such materials “remain meager to nonexistent, forcing researchers to resort to engineering calculations or approximations.”[33] And, per IEA, data on the emissions intensity of specific minerals can “vary considerably across companies and regions.”[34] That is a consequential understatement. The fundamental fact to keep in mind: every claim for EVs reducing emissions is a rough estimate or an outright guess based on averages, approximations, or aspirations. The estimates entail myriad known unknowns about what happens upstream to obtain and process materials to fabricate the giant battery. Those factors not only vary wildly but can be big enough, alone, to wipe out from one-half to all the emissions saved by not burning gasoline. https://manhattan.institute/article/electric-vehicles-for-everyone-the-impossible-dream
  14. Why are the Leftist activist and Leftist media types so against this movie? ‘Sound of Freedom’ Touched a Nerve on the Left: Not Just One, but Many (Jul. 9, 2023) — Spoiler alert: This article contains mild spoilers about the movie ‘Sound of Freedom’ that won’t interfere with your ability to enjoy it. I like Jim Caviezel, even before his classic performance in The Passion of the Christ, he was brilliant as Edmond Dantès in The Count of Monte Cristo. I listen to a number of podcasts, many just as background noise. So, of course, I was aware that Caviezel was making the rounds to promote his latest movie, Sound of Freedom. I confess I wasn’t paying too much attention as the movie first struck me as some sort of ‘right-wing Taken,’ which is not my cup of tea. Anyway, I felt like I would eventually watch it, maybe one of these days. https://www.thepostemail.com/2023/07/09/sound-of-freedom-touched-a-nerve-on-the-left-not-just-one-but-many/

Supreme Court rules in favor of Colorado graphic designer who refused to create same-sex wedding websites The U.S. Supreme Court held that a Colorado graphic designer who wants to make wedding websites does not have to create them for same-sex marriages, in a landmark decision that pit the interests of LGBTQ non-discrimination against First Amendment freedom. In a 6-3 decision issued Friday, the high court ruled in favor of artist Lorie Smith, who sued the state over its anti-discrimination law that prohibited businesses providing sales or other accommodations to the public from denying service based on a customer's sexual orientation. Justice Neil Gorsuch authored the majority opinion, which said that, "In this case, Colorado seeks to force an individual to speak in ways that align with its views but defy her conscience about a matter of major significance." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/supreme-court-rules-in-favor-of-colorado-graphic-designer-who-refused-to-create-same-sex-wedding-websites/ar-AA1dg4M7
  16. Finally some common sense. What is even more interesting is the minority affirms their racist ideals. Supreme Court rejects affirmative action in ruling on universities using race in admissions decisions The U.S. Supreme Court handed down a major ruling on affirmative action Tuesday, rejecting the use of race as a factor in college admissions as a violation of the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause. Many universities have argued that race-based admissions ensures that student bodies remain diverse, while critics such as the plaintiffs in the cases argue the policy discriminates against many qualified students based on race. Students for Fair Admissions, a student activist group, brought cases against both Harvard and University of North Carolina. The group initially sued Harvard College in 2014 for violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, which "prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in any program or activity that receives Federal funds or other Federal financial assistance." https://www.foxnews.com/politics/supreme-court-rejects-affirmative-action-ruling-universities-using-race-admissions-decisions
  17. This AI will most likely be used for the next election. It will get interesting. AI clones teen girl’s voice in $1M kidnapping scam: ‘I’ve got your daughter’ It was a dead “ringer” for her daughter. Artificial intelligence has taken phone scams to a frightening new level. An Arizona mom claims that scammers used AI to clone her daughter’s voice so they could demand a 1$ million dollar ransom from her as part of a terrifying new voice scheme. “I never doubted for one second it was her,” distraught mother Jennifer DeStefano told WKYT while recalling the bone-chilling incident. “That’s the freaky part that really got me to my core.” This bombshell comes amid a rise in “caller ID spoofing” schemes, in which scammers claim they’ve taken the recipient’s relative hostage and will harm them if they aren’t paid a specified amount of money. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/ai-clones-teen-girl-s-voice-in-1m-kidnapping-scam-i-ve-got-your-daughter/ar-AA19LWPF
  18. If the shoe fits. Twitter criticized after labeling NPR as ‘state-affiliated media’ (NewsNation) — NPR president and CEO John Lansing fired back at Twitter on Wednesday morning after the social media platform put a label on the news organization’s profile calling it “state-affiliated media.” NewsNation partner The Hill reports this designation is one Twitter uses for state news agencies such as Russia’s TASS and China’s Xinhua. “NPR and our Member stations are supported by millions of listeners who depend on us for the independent, fact-based journalism we provide,” Lansing wrote in a statement. “NPR stands for freedom of speech and holding the powerful accountable. It is unacceptable for Twitter to label us this way. A vigorous, vibrant free press is essential to the health of our democracy.” https://www.newsnationnow.com/entertainment-news/media/twitter-npr-state-affiliated-media-ceo-responds/

U.S. safety agency to consider ban on gas stoves amid health fears A federal agency says a ban on gas stoves is on the table amid rising concern about harmful indoor air pollutants emitted by the appliances. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission plans to take action to address the pollution, which can cause health and respiratory problems. “This is a hidden hazard,” Richard Trumka Jr., an agency commissioner, said in an interview. “Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.” https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2023-01-09/us-safety-agency-considers-gas-stove-ban?expandComments=true
  20. Does CA have the money for this? I also wonder how this will be proven as couldn’t a recent immigrant from Africa show they have distant relatives that were brought to the US a slaves way back in time. California Reparations Could See Newsom Give Black Americans $223k Each The Times reported that, just based on housing discrimination between 1933 and 1977, $569 billion in reparations would need to be paid to African Americans in California–amounting to $223,000 per person. The total amount of reparations suggested, the largest in history, will likely be much higher than that. https://www.newsweek.com/california-reparations-could-see-newsom-give-black-americans-223k-1764114
  21. Hmm, seems somewhat inevitable with socialized medicine. Some Canadian Health Care Patients Say They're Being Encouraged To Just Die Already Unfortunately, the philosophical argument for the right to die can also end up colliding with troubling decisions in a country where the government funds and controls access to healthcare. That is reportedly happening in Canada, where some citizens say health officials are actively encouraging people with disabilities and other chronic medical issues to consider suicide. According to the Associated Press, hospitals are raising the possibility of assisted suicide with patients who hadn't asked about it. These conversations are not motivated by quality of life but health care costs. The A.P. notes that Belgium and the Australian state of Victoria, which allow physician-assisted suicide, tell medical professionals not to bring up euthanasia so that it's not seen as medical advice. In other words, make sure it's the patient's idea. This is not the case in Canada, where health care workers are trained to inform patients that they can choose euthanasia if they have a qualifying condition. This has led to some patients, particularly those with disabilities but not necessarily fatal illnesses, having some unpleasant conversations. One provided a recording to the Associated Press: https://reason.com/2022/09/07/some-canadian-health-care-patients-say-theyre-being-encouraged-to-just-die-already/
  22. Scammers are getting more creative. Be careful. 2 Michigan women tricked by convincing, sophisticated Amazon scam: What to know The calls appear to have three steps: The initial caller claims to be from Amazon and tells you there has been a fraudulent purchase on an Amazon account. Then, the conversation quickly turns to reveal that you have bank accounts with four or five well-known names — Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Bank of America, Chase and others. Maybe that's where you really bank, maybe you don't and will let it slip where you do have accounts. Last, you're told that someone has used your identity to open up a string of bank accounts. A call that began from Amazon somehow ends up with a federal agent on the line to convince you that you'll be arrested soon because you're now suspected of money laundering. The caller might imply that hundreds of thousands of dollars were transferred into questionable accounts opened with your ID information. https://www.freep.com/story/money/personal-finance/susan-tompor/2022/05/19/amazon-scam-money-laundering/9794344002/
  23. Kinds of flying under the radar with all the recent deflections. The baby formula supply problem is getting worse New YorkCNNBusiness — For months stores nationwide have been struggling to stock enough baby formula. Manufacturers say they’re producing at full capacity and making as much formula as they can, but it’s still not enough to meet current demand. The out-of-stock rate for baby formula hovered between 2% and 8% in the first half of 2021, but began rising sharply last July. Between November 2021 and early April 2022, the out-of-stock rate jumped to 31%, data from Datasembly showed. That rate increased another 9 percentage points in just three weeks in April, and now stands at 40%, the statistics show. In six states — Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Missouri, Texas and Tennessee — more than half of baby formula was completely sold out during the week starting April 24, Datasembly said. https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/08/business/baby-formula-shortage/index.html
