  1. Yep, my now wife applied twice in 2013 for a B2 and was denied both times. We had a similar feeling, but then decided to move on and proceed with the K1. My recommendation today would be to pursue the spousal visa as with processing times of a K1, Adjustment of Status, Work Permit, Advanced Parole today, a spousal visa makes way more sense. That wasn't the case in 2014/2015 where K1s were getting GCs in 5-8 months.
  2. In order to do the DCF process, the first step is to contact the consulate requesting they accept the I130 filing directly based on exceptional circumstances. Here is a thread with a good process summary of a recent DCF case that may be helpful. Good Luck!
  3. Personally I think you would need to have an agreement for taking the position to proceed with a DCF. Just having an offer that you may or may not accept I think would result in the consulate not accepting your DCF/I130 application. Have you contacted the consulate yet to see if they will allow it based solely on an offer that you have not accepted yet?
  4. Words of wisdom from Joy Behar. Really? Moment The View audience GASPS when liberal host Joy Behar tells East Ohio town where toxic train derailed that IT HAD IT COMING after voting for Trump https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11786413/Joy-Behar-claims-Ohio-town-toxic-train-derailed-coming-voting-Trump.html
  5. If you meet the income requirements alone with all your listed dependents and are not depending on anyone else's income, you should not need any I864As. Good Luck!
  6. That is not the only problem with fuel cells. There are a lot of challenges with storing and routing the H2 on the vehicle.
  7. That is putting it lightly. Now Myorkas is waffling on the definition of "secure". https://dailycaller.com/2023/02/17/department-of-homeland-security-alejandro-mayorkas/
  8. Hmm, hanged and shot? EXCLUSIVE: Arkansas cops rule suicide in death of Clinton aide linked to Jeffrey Epstein - who was found shot and tied to a tree with an electrical cord around his neck - despite no sign of weapon https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11759771/Mystery-Bill-Clinton-advisor-dead-gunshot-wound-no-gun.html
  9. Bedrooms are for sleeping. Plenty of other rooms for a television.
  10. Good luck! Unfortunately there are to many folks before that have taken advantage of a B2 visa and never left. I don't think it is just from one specific location though, my now wife applied twice to get a B2 visa and was denied both times. Our intent was to give her at least a brief view of the US and see if she wanted to actually come here before doing a K1. We did not get the chance, but in a way, it made it more important for me to communicate what it was like here, and she is happy now.
  11. What address did you use for the I130? I would use the same.
  12. Have your mom write a letter that you both sign showing she is going to let you live at her address when you repatriate.
  13. This is one thing me and the wife agree on, no television in the bedroom.
  14. Absolutely. Now there are those that will buy a performance EV for the fun, just like those that would buy an impractical Lambo, Porsche, or Bugatti, but for the everyday purchaser, the business case has to be there.
  15. The only reason he went over there was to boost his poll numbers. In the meantime he and his administration are doing nothing domestically. I agree with President Obama when he said (paraphrased) never underestimate Joe Biden’s ability to mess things up.
