  1. Tolerance, open-mindedness, civility, all things the Left has seemed to forgotten. They have a word for that, I believe it is called fascism.
  2. It is definitely scary how the Left in their “tolerant” ways are trying to mainstream and legitimize MAPs.
  3. You do realize the prosecutor is being controlled by a corrupt leader right? I am not a big fan of Mitch McConnell, but thankfully he kept Garland off the Supreme Court.
  4. The Deep State does not care anymore. That old saying about “power” really seems apt.
  5. Why are the Leftist activist and Leftist media types so against this movie? ‘Sound of Freedom’ Touched a Nerve on the Left: Not Just One, but Many (Jul. 9, 2023) — Spoiler alert: This article contains mild spoilers about the movie ‘Sound of Freedom’ that won’t interfere with your ability to enjoy it. I like Jim Caviezel, even before his classic performance in The Passion of the Christ, he was brilliant as Edmond Dantès in The Count of Monte Cristo. I listen to a number of podcasts, many just as background noise. So, of course, I was aware that Caviezel was making the rounds to promote his latest movie, Sound of Freedom. I confess I wasn’t paying too much attention as the movie first struck me as some sort of ‘right-wing Taken,’ which is not my cup of tea. Anyway, I felt like I would eventually watch it, maybe one of these days. https://www.thepostemail.com/2023/07/09/sound-of-freedom-touched-a-nerve-on-the-left-not-just-one-but-many/
  6. And the activist are not groomers. SMH. In part that is because researchers who have touched this topic have been punished for their curiosity. Just ask Lisa Littman. Ultimately, her paper on the subject resulted in an unnecessary “correction” by the journal that published it, and the loss of Littman’s academic affiliation with Brown University, which prioritized activist outrage over Littman’s academic freedom.
  7. I agree with @Timona, print out the photo and that should get you on the plane. She may be given a hassle by CBP and possibly be pulled into secondary to verify the letter, but you should be fine. Good Luck!
  8. For you it would be “N/A”. That is if someone is adjusting status with an I-130 already in place.
  9. Absolutely, and I would think Zelenskyy understands that, so what game is he playing? Is he trying to escalate? Is the counter-offensive not going well (not a lot of news coming out on this)? Do they need manpower?
  10. Maybe, maybe not. Use your passport number where it asks along with the relevant expiration. You use "N/A" for the travel document. "K1 Visa Holder" Use your new signature on all forms. These sample forms may be helpful, but keep in mind they may be on older versions of the forms. Good Luck! https://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf https://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-131.pdf
  11. Well, I am not sure, I know they are doing CCD transfers of material for IV Visas, not sure about K1's. I was also thinking the "Do Not Bend" envelope were the chest x-rays, but to be safe take whatever came in the package without opening it and present it to CBP. If they do not need it, they will give it back to you.
  12. Congratulations, and Good Luck! Will this impact your planned trip? As to what to take, personally, I would take a copy of all the information requested on the interview letter (also listed in the N400 instructions) even if you already uploaded it, along with the I751 package and any updates you have for the N400. More than likely the IO will not ask to see any of it, but better to be safe than sorry with an RFE.
  13. Look at your visa, does it have a note on it like "DOCS in CCD", or something like that?
  14. You can open the outer wrapping to get your passport. Inside should be another envelope that tells you not to open. It is that envelope you will give to CBP when you enter the US on your K1 visa. Good Luck!
  15. To answer your specific question (far to late to edit my earlier post), no, the petitioner does not get the results from your medical exam. This is why most are suggesting you be upfront with your partner. Good Luck!
  16. You are correct, the I134 is a useless form particularly when related to a K1 as it is not enforceable, it is confusing, and if everything goes according to plan, it will be replaced by the I864 during the AOS process.
  17. Talk to the people that organized the seminar, talk to the Embassy/Consulate in San Francisco. She may be a little afraid to ask for help, but since she did tell your wife the story, she seems at least a little bit interested. Beyond that, I suggest when you see her next you relay the suggestions from @TBoneTX, and if she is able, maybe she should join VJ herself.
  18. Yes would be the proper selection, she is not exempt. No Not to my knowledge. No, your wife's information if included does not go on your brother's I864 Are you referring to applying for work authorization? If yes, you should do that. Good Luck!
  19. I agree with @Crazy Cat, HIV is not grounds for inadmissibility, but not really sure it is healthy to hide things like that from a future spouse. Good Luck!
  20. I suspect the Democrats and DC Deep State also want the trial delayed.
  21. So Zelenskyy is looking to expand things I guess. NATO ‘must confirm’ Ukraine is ‘de facto’ a member: Zelenskyy https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/7/10/nato-must-confirm-ukraine-is-de-facto-a-member-zelenskyy
  22. How close are you to having the I751 decided? Worst case scenario if your ROC is denied while abroad you can be detained and be referred to an immigration judge as only they can take away your LPR status. In reality, more than likely you would be paroled into the US and given a notice to appear, but you are also able to submit a new I751 package which will maintain your status. Are you worried your I751 will be denied? Very few ROC’s are denied. Good Luck! https://citizenpath.com/faq/travel-after-filing-form-i-751/#:~:text=If the I-751 petition is denied while you, significant time abroad%2C consider obtaining a reentry permit.
  23. What I do not understand is the three Leftist justices voted in favor of religious rights on the postal worker case released yesterday, but voted against this one released today. Supreme Court rules in favor of Colorado graphic designer who refused to create same-sex wedding websites The U.S. Supreme Court held that a Colorado graphic designer who wants to make wedding websites does not have to create them for same-sex marriages, in a landmark decision that pit the interests of LGBTQ non-discrimination against First Amendment freedom. In a 6-3 decision issued Friday, the high court ruled in favor of artist Lorie Smith, who sued the state over its anti-discrimination law that prohibited businesses providing sales or other accommodations to the public from denying service based on a customer's sexual orientation. Justice Neil Gorsuch authored the majority opinion, which said that, "In this case, Colorado seeks to force an individual to speak in ways that align with its views but defy her conscience about a matter of major significance." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/supreme-court-rules-in-favor-of-colorado-graphic-designer-who-refused-to-create-same-sex-wedding-websites/ar-AA1dg4M7
