Worst case scenario if your ROC is denied while abroad you can be detained and be referred to an immigration judge as only they can take away your LPR status. When filling out the I134 for a K1 visa application you do not fill out Part 4 as it explicitly states "if filling Form I-134 on his or her own behalf" which is not the case for you or any other petitioner sponsoring a fiancé (form I134 is used for other applications where a beneficiary may fill it out Part 4 on their own).
