Yes, you will need to file separate I130’s for your spouse and children. You can allow each petition to catch up at the NVC stage so they can have interviews together. As to citizenship after their getting immigration visas, I am not sure about that. You do not meet the 5 year physical presence requirement to immediately pass on citizenship to your children through CRBA, but I think they can get it after coming in IVs, others may know more.
