  1. This is what I would do, but for the 2022 taxes you should also scan or take pictures of your W2s/1099s and include those as well.
  2. I certainly hope for the best for you. This information may be helpful. From what I read, since she is here in the US she could apply for adjustment, or she can go back and proceed with consulate processing. Best of Luck. https://www.justia.com/immigration/marriage-family-based-petitions/immigration-after-death-of-sponsor/#:~:text=If the U.S. spouse filed the I-130 petition,I-360 petition%2C which is known as a self-petition. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/explore-my-options/green-card-permanent-resident-card-for-a-widower-of-a-us-citizen
  3. Middle of June (June 16th) would be 90 days prior to his 3rd year anniversary of being a permanent resident. If applying online, wait a few days after the 90 day window opens. Good Luck!
  4. I don't fully understand the question. I assume you will write a short letter referencing the N400 interview information, and the I751 information respectfully requesting a combo interview then upload it into the N400 section. Like @Crazy Cat said, it is not certain that will do anything, but it certainly does not hurt to try. Beyond that, I would assume even if you don't upload a letter, I would plan on a combo interview and prepare accordingly with both spouses attending and bringing any additional information you may want to add to the I751 package such as updated tax information. Good Luck!
  5. Based on the 9/14/22 date of the GC (residence since date 9/14/2020), the earliest he can submit the N400 is June 16th, 2023. The N400 is based on years as an LPR, not years of marriage. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator
  6. Since the interview is for the N400, I would upload it in the N400 section.
  7. Apologies, I didn't read your post fully. No real difference filing in July or after your fourth anniversary. There is a difference if he would wait until he was an LPR for 5 years.
  8. After reviewing the form again, I would say 1.a. would be the proper choice as even if you are filling it out as your son, you are the parent of a minor and are allowed to act on their behalf and sign the form on their behalf. So ignore the Preparer section and just fill it out and sign it as if you were your son. Good Luck!
  9. As long as you have the approval NOA, I believe you can request a stamp assuming you can actually get into a USCIS office to get one. Good Luck!
  10. From what I see from your earlier posts your son will become a USC upon entry into the US, so it appears the I864W is the correct form. The intending immigrant is a child who will become a U.S. citizen upon entry under INA section 320. Under INA section 320, some children become U.S. citizens immediately upon admission to the United States or adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident (LPR). I would fill out the I864W in the name of your son, and you would be the preparer and fill out that appropriate section. Good Luck!
  11. I was more referring to the statement you made "Not sure why you'd charge people for the viewing 'pleasure' though if you were dead." That seemed to be a general statement that could be applied to all authors.
  12. Not really sure I would depend on the FBI to really do anything. As to did Hogan do anything wrong, who knows, but he is a career politician so I suppose it is very possible.
  13. Here is a sample I485 for a K1 AOS. I could not find the specific question you referred to, but in Part 2, you would select 2.c. Good Luck! Oops, forgot the link. https://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf
  14. Is Bahrain a choice? I see they allow online or visa upon arrival for Iraqis.
  15. You will need to also request an expedite after the I131 is filed.
  16. Legitimate question? So how DID Prince Harry get a US visa? Campaigners demand to know if Duke admitted 'multiple' drug use on application - and call for the royal to be deported if he lied about taking cocaine before moving to California https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11884759/So-DID-Prince-Harry-visa-despite-drug-use-Campaigners-demand-know.html
  17. So she can still keep the spousal visa application active and forgo the AOS?
