File CR-1 Visa online
Dashinka replied to NJS's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
The I130A will need to be filled out and uploaded with the online application for the I130. It is probably best to fill out the I130A first before starting the I130 application. Good Luck! -
Has the system updated to "Issued" yet?

It is interesting they don’t mention the Ted Kennedy gambit with the USSR in the early 80’s. Hmm, a prominent Democrat colluding with the Russians. I wonder if this is where Hillary learned her tactics. https://www.forbes.com/2009/08/27/ted-kennedy-soviet-union-ronald-reagan-opinions-columnists-peter-robinson.html?sh=6d752fae359a

Use Of Advance Parole Whilst AOS
Dashinka replied to Cisse913's topic in Working & Traveling During US Immigration
Overall, with a valid AP you should not have any issue with CBP. The biggest issues I have heard of is with airlines not recognizing AP as a valid form for entering the U.S. here are a couple of links that may be helpful. The CBP Carrier Guide clearly lists the AP Card (form I-512) as acceptable to board someone to the U.S., so it is a good idea to have a copy of the guide with you when traveling. Good Luck! https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2023-Nov/Carrier Information Guide ENGLISH.pdf -
I would definitely go to the F4 interview, but I am not sure what to do about the passport. I assume she has another form of ID, so she can explain to the consulate that they already have her passport, but I am not familiar with Islamabad, so I am not sure if she can even get inside for the F4 interview without a passport. Good Luck!

Interesting study from the Land Down Under. No such thing as ‘long COVID,’ health agency says in shock claim: ‘Unnecessary fear “We believe it is time to stop using terms like ‘Long COVID’,” said Dr. John Gerrard, Queensland’s Chief Health Officer, who oversaw the newly-released study. “They wrongly imply there is something unique and exceptional about longer term symptoms associated with this virus,” he explained. This terminology can cause unnecessary fear, and in some cases, hyper-vigilance to longer symptoms that can impede recovery,” Gerrard warned. Researchers at Queensland Health surveyed 5,112 symptom sufferers aged 18 years and older to reach their conclusion. Symptoms reported included fatigue, brain fog, cough, shortness of breath, change to smell and taste, dizziness, and rapid or irregular heartbeat. Researchers pulled their subjects from a pool of sick Australians who’d taken COVID-19 tests — testing both positive and negative — in late spring of 2022, quizzing them a year later on their symptoms and quality of life. https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/other/no-such-thing-as-long-covid-health-agency-says-in-shock-claim-unnecessary-fear/ar-BB1jVjBX

Fani Willis Could Be Held in Contempt of Congress
Dashinka replied to TBoneTX's topic in Current Events and Hot Social Topics
It actually might be better (politically) for Trump if Ms. Willis is not removed from the case. -
Maybe Mann, and Fauci can be held together. This guy is amazing, and someone needs to find out who is paying his bills. Climate scientist Michael Mann’s defamation case reveals what critics say is unethical behavior Mann is suing Simberg over statements he and Steyn made in articles they posted online. Testimony so far has raised a number of complaints about plaintiff Mann’s behavior toward his critics. One witnesses’ deposition even revealed that Mann had emailed the editor of a scientific journal in 2007 to stop a paper written by another climate scientist from being published by getting hostile peer reviewers assigned to it. Journalists Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinney have been at the trial and posting regular podcasts on what's happening in court. The podcast, which has ranked in the top 15 podcasts on Spotify in the science category, highlights testimony in the trial using actors to portray what was said in court. According to a summary of the case that Superior Court of the District of Columbia Judge Alfred Irving gave during the trial, Simberg’s and Steyn’s post compared the Penn State’s investigation into assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, who was found guilty in 2012 of sexually abusing 10 young boys over the course of 15 years, to the investigation of Mann’s research on global historic temperatures as shown in the scientist's controversial hockey stick graph. https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/energy/climate-scientists-defamation-case-reveals-what-critics-say-plaintiffs
