  1. Nothing on the calendar in Japan in the near future, but hey, she gains a day coming from Japan to Vegas. Also, I suspect she will be on a private plane with decent comfort, so I suspect she will not have any problems getting to the game. I don't watch much NFL football, although I watched more this year than in a long time since the Lions were actually doing well, but I really don't care who the camera pans to after a play is completed.
  2. I more than likely will not watch either, and really don't care who wins. That being said, KC looks unstoppable right now, and if SF plays like they did against the Lions, I suspect they may lose.
  3. I suppose it really doesn't matter except of course to the DM which runs way to many stories on this topic. FWIW, I will most likely be missing the Superbowl myself. I just wanted to let everyone know.
  4. File for a re-entry permit if plans are to be outside the US for more than 6 months. Good Luck!
  5. It may raise some questions at the AOS stage, but circumstances change all the time. That being said, your fiancé may want to see if they can find someone that would be willing to be a co-sponsor at both stages (K1 and AOS). Good Luck!
  6. He’s had over 10 yrs to raise the capita so far, and he has less than 10 yrs of patent protection left.
  7. Interesting idea, but is it really commercially viable as a total replacement to concrete?
  8. A consult with a competent legal expert is certainly advisable as all my searching showed this situation was quite rare. The child gained USC when the parent naturalized, but now is only looking to get a certificate of naturalization while living abroad. The N600K seems the only option, but that is generally only used to get USC status for a child that is not already a USC.
  9. Based on my reading, N600k, as the note you referenced is qualified "If the child has already acquired citizenship automatically under INA sections 301, 309, 320 or on or before February 27, 2001, under the repealed INA section 321;". My assumption is citizenship came after that date under section 320. Good Luck!
  10. If she suspects an issue, she can request an ADIT stamp in her passport.
  11. What date did you actually use in the calculator. I always found it funny as when I put in 10/13/2020, it showed me the earliest filing date of 7/13/2020, but when I put in 10/13/2023 I get the real date she could file early assuming she met all the other requirements.
  12. Anywhere from 4-10 months or so depending on which office (service center) it goes to.
  13. Not really apples and oranges, but whatever makes you happy.
  14. Driven through MN, MO, KS, IA, and I will say KS and IA had much better roads than the other two. SD, and WY weren't too mad either.
  15. More than likely will not be an issue since the overstay was less than 180 days. If for some reason the CO finds you inadmissible due to the overstay, I believe there is a waiver available. Good Luck!
  16. Sorry for your niece's loss. As to the I360, she may not need to file that if an I130 was already previously filed. She would just notify USCIS with the death certificate using the address on the I130 receipt. Beyond that, if an I360 is required (no I 130 in process), and she is eligible to file the I485, they do not need to be sent at the same time, but they can be. Here are some links that may be helpful. 17. You do not have to wait for the ROC to be completed to file the N400 if you desire to naturalize. Sometimes filing the N400 kick starts the ROC (YMMV), but in the end, if naturalization is the ultimate goal, there is no reason to wait to file.
  18. There are a lot of different varieties of mustard out there at various stores. It is interesting, there are a lot more options for mustard than ketchup. Look for whole grain mustard.
  19. Fani Willis lying some more, and I don’t think there is anyone more petulant than the hosts of the View. They got them all in there so they are definitely true Lefitist believers. ‘The View’ Co-Hosts Say They Are ‘Pissed Off’ At Fani Willis’ Affair Allegation https://dailycaller.com/2024/01/26/the-view-fani-willis-affair-nathan-wade/
  20. Couldn’t decide which thread to put this in. Anyway, this poll was a complete set-up with the dumbest questions ever. https://dailycaller.com/2024/01/26/exclusive-new-poll-shows-that-55-of-dem-voters-would-support-candidates-who-champion-open-borders/
  21. Yes, you will have two I864s, one from you as the primary sponsor, and one from your brother. If your brother is married, you also might consider having his spouse fill out an I864A, it may not be necessary, but good to have if the IO asks for it. Good Luck!
  22. Maybe EA can install these along that train line CA is building.
  23. Yes, the story imbedded in that thread was a major soap opera. In that case, it seems the spouse traveling on an IV gave CBP reason to believe they were not planning on actually residing in the US permanently. Personally, I would not worry about it too much as the same thing can happen even if flying here. Which land crossing are you thinking of using? Good Luck!
  24. In that case you may want to re-open the case with an I290.
  25. Do you know what the RFE was for? If so, I would submit a new I485 addressing the RFE. Good Luck!
