  1. It is perfectly legal to come to the US for a destination wedding with a USC, and leave to await the spousal visa process. The foreign spouse can also visit during the process. The only issue is the person has to convince CBP that they will actually leave, so they should bring evidence of their need to return after the wedding/visit. What is not legal is to enter the US on a B2/VW with preconceived plans to stay. As to CR1/IR1 vs K1, I am in the CR1/IR1 camp. It is a far superior visa, less costly, and avoids the long wait and stress of waiting to get the work authorization, advanced parole and GC. Good Luck!
  2. I don’t really care about Trump, I am speaking in general. Grand juries give prosecutors and the state too much power which is something that in the end is bad hence the overwhelming number of countries that disdain it. So if we keep, using them, their proceedings should not be done in secret as nothing done by the state against its citizens and residents should be secret.
  3. A lot, more than 50 IIRC. Probably 30-40 hrs. We organized the evidence systematically, and then created a cover sheet with a table of contents. Wherever it was required to be submitted when my wife and I filed. Overall, our I751 was processed in a little over 14 months, but we are not a great datapoint anymore as we filed just as USCIS was deprioritizing I751s in December 2016. Back then they were only issuing 12 month extension letters which we surpassed, so my wife got an ADIT stamp. The other thing my wife did was file the N400 when she became eligible (about a year after submitting the I751). We have no idea if that helped or hurt, but she had her I751 and N400 approved at the same time and was naturalized when others filing their I751s around the same time were just seeing their I751 approved.
  4. Hmm, one less big city run by the Democrats. I am not going back through this entire thread, but I do not remember seeing a lot of stories about Dallas. Dallas mayor leaves Democratic Party, switches to GOP: 'American cities need Republicans' The mayor of one of the largest cities in the United States announced in a Friday op-ed that he is leaving the Democratic Party and becoming a Republican. In a Wall Street Journal op-ed with the headline "America’s Cities Need Republicans, and I’m Becoming One", Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson explains that he is leaving the Democratic Party because "the future of America’s great urban centers depends on the willingness of the nation’s mayors to champion law and order and practice fiscal conservatism." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/dallas-mayor-leaves-democratic-party-switches-to-gop-american-cities-need-republicans/ar-AA1h7iDg
  5. Why should it be? Do you know that only the US and Liberia use grand juries? And in the US they are not used in every jurisdiction. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_jury
  6. This really has nothing to do with tailpipe emissions. It is all about spreading a new Leftist religion and control.
  7. Nothing of course. The lead grifters will continue to promote racism, and a bunch of white woke Leftists will continue to give them money in an effort to show their wokeness.
  8. Do they intend to come to the US permanently or just for a visit? If the first one, then two I130s for an eventual IR5 visa for each, if the second one, then the DS160 for a B2. Good Luck!
  9. Who would have thought that digging in the ground for minerals and processing those into something usable was polluting. Devastating risks of transitioning to 'green' energy: Mining for electric-powering minerals has left 23 million people exposed to toxic waste, 500,000km of rivers polluted and 16 million acres of farmland ruined https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-12545855/Devastating-transition-green-energy-metal-mining-23-million-people-toxic-waste-rivers-polluted-farmland.html
  10. Yes, there are some i751s that get approved without interviews. Congrats!
  11. They did not take your fingerprints electronically? Biometrics is not a big production, usually fingerprints, a photo, and a signature.
  12. So just another race baiting grifter. Took long enough to expose him. Boston University Opens ‘Inquiry’ Into Ibram X. Kendi’s Antiracism Center https://freebeacon.com/latest-news/boston-university-opens-inquiry-into-ibram-x-kendis-antiracism-center/
  13. Remember what Obama told us about Old Corrupt, Petulant Joe. JD Vance Blames Biden for ‘Politicized’ Military, Supports Tuberville’s Stand Sen. JD Vance, a former Marine, accused the Biden administration of politicizing the U.S. military, creating a recruiting crisis that is jeopardizing its readiness and warfighting capabilities. “There’s a reason why we have, frankly, a crisis in recruitment in the all-volunteer military—the first time we’ve had a recruitment crisis, really, since the end of the Vietnam War,” Vance, R-Ohio, said Wednesday. “I think it’s because the perception among a lot of people who would otherwise enlist is that the military has become politicized.” Three branches of the U.S. military—the Army, Navy, and Air Force—are on track to miss their 2023 recruiting goals. Appearing at an Axios event in Washington, Vance defended Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., who has delayed the promotions of more than 300 military officers in a dispute over the Pentagon’s controversial taxpayer-funded abortion policy. https://www.dailysignal.com/2023/09/21/jd-vance-blames-biden-for-politicized-military-supports-tubervilles-stand/
  14. Don't these idiots realize that the landfills of today are the oil fields of tomorrow?
  15. The current emphasis on climate change "crisis" is in fact the result of the Covid control scheme. Every Democrat and their MSM activist friends are beating the drum so hard. Even in Hawai'i after the fires were found to be the result of electric companies ignoring preventative maintenance in order to embrace the Church of Manmade Global Warming, we are hearing the narrative change. My concern is with all the folks falling for the Covid restrictions and population control especially in Blue states, the WEF/globalist leftist elite will succeed.
  16. OK, so the news is Russia hit Ukraine with multiple missile attacks today. I certainly do not question that there were missile attacks, but I am curious as to why Russia would do this with Zelenskyy in the US begging for more money and weapons. Logically, it is more likely the Ukraine government did these attacks as of course we will all believe Russia did it, and Zelenskyy will get more money and weapons. It is interesting to see that Poland is vacillating a bit. https://www.cnbc.com/2023/09/21/ukraine-war-live-updates-latest-news-on-russia-and-the-war-in-ukraine.html
  17. I know what you mean. So funny, and yet so very sad.
  18. These ideas might be wrong, but it has made a lot of money for the therapists.
  19. All members need to submit their own DS160 based on their own circumstances. I believe they can request the interviews be at the same time when that time arrives. You can help them with filling out their forms, but the applications are still their own. This being said, I tend to agree the chances are low based on the little information you have shared and the fact that there are pending I130s, but if they do have strong ties to their home country, they can certainly try. Good Luck!
  20. Did you have an interview for the I751? If not, then no, the local office never received that submission. There is a list of evidence requested (see below) for the N400 interview, did you take that with you? I know you are providing what is being requested on the RFE, and that it is frustrating for you as it adds what you see as an unnecessary delay, but it may be helpful to others that come later filing under the 3 year rule. Good Luck! Other Documents. Depending on the circumstances, you should bring certain documents to your interview. You may also submit copies of these documents with your application. For example: A. Spouse of a U.S. Citizen. Bring the following items to your interview if you are applying for naturalization on the basis of your marriage to a U.S. citizen: (1) Evidence that your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for at least 3 years at the time you file your Form N-400. Such evidence may include: a birth certificate (if your spouse never lost U.S. citizenship since birth), Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship, or Form FS-240 Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America; (2) Evidence of the termination of all your prior marriages; and (3) Evidence that you and your spouse have lived in marital union for at least 3 years at the time you file your Form N-400. Such evidence may include: (a) Joint bank and credit card statements; (b) Leases or mortgages; (c) Birth certificates of children; (d) Insurance policies; and (e) Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax form https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/n-400instr.pdf
  21. I could not post the other picture we took the next day when we were stopped on the road by a small herd and the bull decided it was time for some fun right in front of us.
  22. Change the address, and also submit the AR-11. I should note, USCIS is not the best at handling address changes, but it is what it is. Good Luck!
