  1. So you are a half first cousin once removed (i.e. his dad is your great-uncle)?
  2. Does she not have a valid Chinese passport? The GC/Extension letter will not get her on a plane for China.
  3. I will add, make a few copies of the extension letter. When my wife was traveling through Beijing with an expired GC and extension letter, the airline check-in clerk asked to keep a copy of the letter. Luckily my wife had a few copies as she needed the original to present at US CBP when returning.
  4. Kamala Harris word salad speech at pro-abortion rally blasted by critics: ‘Legalizing weed was a mistake’ https://nypost.com/2023/04/26/vp-harris-has-head-scratching-moment-during-abortion-rally/
  5. While I agree this is most likely the result of the ex-spouse withdrawing the joint I751, I am not certain this is a case that absolutely requires a lawyer. The OP can proceed with filing a new I751 with a divorce waiver, people do this all the time without lawyers. Good Luck!
  6. Back on topic. So what does AB InBev do to get this back? It is not like Bud Light, Bud, Busch, Michelob, or any of the other brands are exceptional products with no alternatives. Bud Light suffers ‘staggering’ 17% sales plunge amid Dylan Mulvaney controversy Bud Light has suffered a “staggering” sales hit following the beer brand’s controversial marketing tie-up with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney — with the latest data showing an alarming 17% drop, according to an industry research firm. The latest sales data from NielsenIQ and Bump Williams Consulting shows that Bud Light sales fell 17% in dollars, while volume dropped a whopping 21% in the week ended April 15. That’s sharply ahead of the 6% drop in sales dollars and 11% drop in volume that Bud Light had suffered during the week ended April 8 — the seven days that immediately followed the April 1 launch of the controversial Mulvaney campaign on social media. “These numbers are staggering,” according to an April 23 report from Insights Express, a beer-focused newsletter. “Right now this is an extremely difficult scenario for Anheuser Busch, the Bud Light brand and for AB distributors.” https://nypost.com/2023/04/24/bud-light-sales-plunge-17-amid-dylan-mulvaney-controversy/
  7. Not really sure I would move to litigation immediately. Not all employers are up-to-speed on documents, etc., I would do what the others here have suggested first, and then if the company still held the line, maybe consider a lawsuit.
  8. Once you get the visa you will have six months from the time of your medical exam to use the visa. This should give you enough time to fulfill any contractual obligations of your employment. Good Luck!
  9. His wife should fill out an I864A and include the required evidence for that form since she is a household member contributing her income to her husband's, your co-sponsor's I864. Good Luck!
  10. Sounds like 7 based on your information. So he does not meet the guideline with both his and his wife’s combined income?
  11. I completely agree, but unfortunately Toyota is starting to signal a push for EVs as well. https://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory/toyotas-new-president-vows-step-electrification-pedal-98748988

  14. That is great, but what do you do with folks that have an asylum claim denied? Do they get to stay?
  15. We included them (no attorney prompt), and had them notarized, but I agree, probably a waste of time for our friends and family at the time.
