  1. The Leftist certainly don't understand the difference between antisemitism and pro-terrorism, so what is your point?
  2. Seems this is much more of an example of an insurrection than anything seen here in the US post Civil War.
  3. As we have been experiencing the past nearly 3 years. Gotta love the ineptness of the current Administration. Btw, didn't Old Corrupt Petulant Joe order innocent people to be killed. Seems he should be prosecuted, maybe Jack Smith will need some work in a bit.
  4. I am amazed by the 20% bringing their parents to the interview. I wonder what their political affiliation is.
  5. When my wife did it, they took a copy of the certificate, had a supervisor approve the copy and gave the original back to my wife. Good Luck!
  6. I don't believe Leftist journalist that adhere to a certain mindset are allowed to be fired. Don't they just cry a lot and get down on their knees?
  7. And Joe Biden sent the FBI after parents as well as prosecuted his political rivals, so what is your point? Seems the Petulant One current Occupying the WH learned a lot from the autocrats around the world.
  8. Gotta love Democrat Regressive Rule. Carjackings in DC Doubled to a Staggering 959 in 2023 Our nation’s capital is a model of dysfunctional, clueless blue city governance. Nothing highlights that better than the explosion of crime—and especially carjackings—since 2020. The official 2023 year-end tally of carjackings in Washington, D.C., ended up being a staggering 959, twice the number of the previous year. There were 152 carjackings in 2019. That number more than doubled in 2020, and it has been soaring ever since. What’s particularly hard to believe is that 65% of the carjackings last year were committed by perpetrators under the age of 18. And it isn’t just carjackings that are on the rise. In 2023, 274 people were killed in homicides, a 36% increase from the year before, according to WUSA-TV, Washington’s CBS affiliate. That’s the highest homicide rate in two decades. https://www.dailysignal.com/2024/01/08/there-were-staggering-959-carjackings-dc-last-year/
  9. I do not believe you need to include the birth certificate of a child that will not be immigrating with you. I would keep a copy with you in case a CO asks to see it when you have your interview. Good Luck!
  10. I know when we submitted photos, we simply copied them onto PowerPoint slides (two per slide) with a brief caption underneath containing the date and location of the photo. We put them roughly in order chronologically. Then you can save the PowerPoint as a PDF to upload as a smaller file. Good Luck!
  11. You can show up earlier, but that is no guarantee that will get you out faster. Good Luck!
  12. Alternatively, this could simply be a sign that Lloyd Austin has no respect for Joe Biden.
  13. That might be tough given the overall tenor of the thread. It does seem the out-of-control migrant crisis fueled by the current administration would have an impact relative to DHS/USCIS, so the conclusion by the OP seems justified. The fact that those following the process legally and actually paying the bills for USCIS are now being moved to the back of the line can be very frustrating. We always say there is no such thing as premium processing, but on the surface it seems the administration has now allowed for those paying whatever fees are required to the handlers in Mexico to get to the US Southern border are getting first class service from USCIS.
  14. I agree with @nastra30, the main issue will be finding a qualified joint sponsor that is willing to fill out an I864 when the I130 hits NVC. As to he moving to your country and finding work there while awaiting the process, apart from needing to follow applicable immigration laws in that country and the need for your husband to have a provable plan to re-establish domicile back in the US when the time comes for your visa interview, he will also need to find a joint sponsor to help complete your immigration process. Good Luck!
  15. Suicides scheduled? Prince Andrew sex accuser Virginia Giuffre taunts 'there's going to be a lot of nervous people...who's on the naughty list?' after judge rules 170 people linked to Jeffrey Epstein can be named in court Prince Andrew's accuser Virginia Giuffre has welcomed a judge's ruling that 170 people linked to Jeffrey Epstein are set to be unmasked, as she taunted his associates by asking 'who's on the naughty list?' It comes after DailyMail.com revealed that dozens of Epstein's high profile associates can be named in court documents set to be released in the first days of 2024. Giuffre, nee Roberts, who claims she was trafficked by Epstein and had sex with Prince Andrew aged 17, was triumphant in her bid to get a dossier containing the names of the disgraced financier's associates and victims unsealed. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12886017/Prince-Andrew-sex-accuser-Virginia-Giuffre-nervous-people-naughty-list-judge-rules-170-people-linked-Jeffrey-Epstein-named.html
  16. So to me this is much more general than just the Hamas terror attacks into Israel (if mods feel otherwise, feel free to put this in the Israel thread). It is certainly true, people usually show their true colors. A great example is the racist attitudes of Old Corrupt Joe which shine through all the time. When People Tell You Who They Are, Believe Them On the one hand I think: surely this will be sufficient. Surely this amount of blood will be enough to shake the world awake. Surely no one can equivocate or justify this. As my friend Sarah Haider wrote, “How easy is it to simply condemn targeted violence against civilians? Can there be a lower bar?” And yet, across the world, people have sunk below it. Here you can watch people gathered at the Sydney Opera House cheering “gas the Jews” and “death to the Jews.” People are rejoicing in the slaughter on the streets of Berlin and London and Toronto and New York. 17. What I do not understand is the three Leftist justices voted in favor of religious rights on the postal worker case released yesterday, but voted against this one released today. Supreme Court rules in favor of Colorado graphic designer who refused to create same-sex wedding websites The U.S. Supreme Court held that a Colorado graphic designer who wants to make wedding websites does not have to create them for same-sex marriages, in a landmark decision that pit the interests of LGBTQ non-discrimination against First Amendment freedom. In a 6-3 decision issued Friday, the high court ruled in favor of artist Lorie Smith, who sued the state over its anti-discrimination law that prohibited businesses providing sales or other accommodations to the public from denying service based on a customer's sexual orientation. Justice Neil Gorsuch authored the majority opinion, which said that, "In this case, Colorado seeks to force an individual to speak in ways that align with its views but defy her conscience about a matter of major significance." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/supreme-court-rules-in-favor-of-colorado-graphic-designer-who-refused-to-create-same-sex-wedding-websites/ar-AA1dg4M7
  18. This AI will most likely be used for the next election. It will get interesting. AI clones teen girl’s voice in $1M kidnapping scam: ‘I’ve got your daughter’ It was a dead “ringer” for her daughter. Artificial intelligence has taken phone scams to a frightening new level. An Arizona mom claims that scammers used AI to clone her daughter’s voice so they could demand a 1$ million dollar ransom from her as part of a terrifying new voice scheme. “I never doubted for one second it was her,” distraught mother Jennifer DeStefano told WKYT while recalling the bone-chilling incident. “That’s the freaky part that really got me to my core.” This bombshell comes amid a rise in “caller ID spoofing” schemes, in which scammers claim they’ve taken the recipient’s relative hostage and will harm them if they aren’t paid a specified amount of money. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/ai-clones-teen-girl-s-voice-in-1m-kidnapping-scam-i-ve-got-your-daughter/ar-AA19LWPF
  19. If the shoe fits. Twitter criticized after labeling NPR as ‘state-affiliated media’ (NewsNation) — NPR president and CEO John Lansing fired back at Twitter on Wednesday morning after the social media platform put a label on the news organization’s profile calling it “state-affiliated media.” NewsNation partner The Hill reports this designation is one Twitter uses for state news agencies such as Russia’s TASS and China’s Xinhua. “NPR and our Member stations are supported by millions of listeners who depend on us for the independent, fact-based journalism we provide,” Lansing wrote in a statement. “NPR stands for freedom of speech and holding the powerful accountable. It is unacceptable for Twitter to label us this way. A vigorous, vibrant free press is essential to the health of our democracy.” https://www.newsnationnow.com/entertainment-news/media/twitter-npr-state-affiliated-media-ceo-responds/
  20. More from the war on CH4. And yes, this agency is headed by the son of the former top manager of the AFL-CFO. U.S. safety agency to consider ban on gas stoves amid health fears A federal agency says a ban on gas stoves is on the table amid rising concern about harmful indoor air pollutants emitted by the appliances. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission plans to take action to address the pollution, which can cause health and respiratory problems. “This is a hidden hazard,” Richard Trumka Jr., an agency commissioner, said in an interview. “Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.” https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2023-01-09/us-safety-agency-considers-gas-stove-ban?expandComments=true
  21. Assault on our Republic? Armed suspect accused of violent threats against Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh identified An armed man was arrested near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh Wednesday morning, law enforcement sources confirmed to Fox News. The suspect, 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske of Simi Valley, California, was carrying a gun, knife and pepper spray when arrested and had made violent threats against Kavanaugh, sources said. Roske was picked up on a nearby street after calling police on 911 to report himself. He did not get to the Kavanaugh home. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/supreme-court-justice-kavanaugh-home-armed-man-arrested
  22. Scammers are getting more creative. Be careful. 2 Michigan women tricked by convincing, sophisticated Amazon scam: What to know The calls appear to have three steps: The initial caller claims to be from Amazon and tells you there has been a fraudulent purchase on an Amazon account. Then, the conversation quickly turns to reveal that you have bank accounts with four or five well-known names — Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Bank of America, Chase and others. Maybe that's where you really bank, maybe you don't and will let it slip where you do have accounts. Last, you're told that someone has used your identity to open up a string of bank accounts. A call that began from Amazon somehow ends up with a federal agent on the line to convince you that you'll be arrested soon because you're now suspected of money laundering. The caller might imply that hundreds of thousands of dollars were transferred into questionable accounts opened with your ID information. https://www.freep.com/story/money/personal-finance/susan-tompor/2022/05/19/amazon-scam-money-laundering/9794344002/
