I know when we submitted photos, we simply copied them onto PowerPoint slides (two per slide) with a brief caption underneath containing the date and location of the photo. The fact that those following the process legally and actually paying the bills for USCIS are now being moved to the back of the line can be very frustrating. We always say there is no such thing as premium processing, but on the surface it seems the administration has now allowed for those paying whatever fees are required to the handlers in Mexico to get to the US Southern border are getting first class service from USCIS.
