N400 2 year delay. How do I solve?
Dashinka replied to sung2408's topic in US Citizenship Case Filing and Progress Reports
Seemed they got an interview letter, showed up, and was told it would be re-scheduled. I agree with @Mike E, if the IO did not administer the oath at the beginning, no interview took place.- 69 replies

Amazing how those on the regressive Left are trying to re-define these types of degenerates. -
N400 2 year delay. How do I solve?

Since the OP has not actually had an interview, wouldn't this be an issue. I may be mis-interpreting the OP message, but it seemed they showed up for the interview back in 2022, but was notified it was going to be re-scheduled since documents were not yet received. Sorry, I guess I should have read down further first.- 69 replies

Apparently, according to someone there, her speech was Kamala like. Fatuous, irrelevant and no sense of purpose - what a fitting backdrop Manhattan's 'Women of Vision' made for the vapid La Markle herself! Fellow guest MAUREEN CALLAHAN's sparkling account of Meghan's word-salad gala appearance https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12098661/MAUREEN-CALLAHANs-hand-account-Meghans-word-salad-appearance-New-York-award-gala.html

Hmmm. He said while the behaviour of the 'numerous' photographers present was 'challenging', the duke and duchess 'arrived at their destination and there were no reported collisions, summonses, injuries or arrests in regard.' New York Mayor, Eric Adams, expressed empathy and described the actions of the paparazzi as 'reckless' and 'irresponsible', but added that he would find it 'hard to believe' there was a 'two-hour high-speed chase'. New York police officials also told US broadcaster NBC that they did not believe the case was 'near catastrophic', but 'a bit of a chaotic scene'. US channel ABC reported today having spoken to police sources who acknowledged that the experience may have been 'scary' for those involved, but said that the media presence was 'not the kind of caravan described by sources close to Harry and Meghan'. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12100211/Harry-Meghans-account-near-catastrophic-car-chase-called-question.html

Need Some advice and help
Dashinka replied to SAM JBI's topic in Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas
I agree with the other two responses above. Good Luck! -
Get the AOS package in as soon as you can for a couple of reasons. First, you are currently out-of-status, and subject to possible deportation or headaches you would probably not want to deal with. Secondly, the fees for the I485 package is slated to go up soon. Good Luck! This story below references a K1/AOS, but it could happen to anyone out-of-status.

Maybe something to learn from. What really killed COVID-19 patients: It wasn't a cytokine storm, suggests study "Our study highlights the importance of preventing, looking for and aggressively treating secondary bacterial pneumonia in critically ill patients with severe pneumonia, including those with COVID-19," said senior author Dr. Benjamin Singer, an associate professor of medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a Northwestern Medicine pulmonary and critical care physician. The investigators found nearly half of patients with COVID-19 develop a secondary ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia. "Those who were cured of their secondary pneumonia were likely to live, while those whose pneumonia did not resolve were more likely to die," Singer said. "Our data suggested that the mortality related to the virus itself is relatively low, but other things that happen during the ICU stay, like secondary bacterial pneumonia, offset that." The study findings also negate the cytokine storm theory, said Singer, also the Lawrence Hicks Professor of Pulmonary Medicine at Feinberg. https://medicalxpress.com/news/2023-05-covid-patients-wasnt-cytokine-storm.html

I seem to remember some of Thomas's teammates talking about how he/she was attracted to women. I guess it can be obvious. Don't the progressives realize that there are unintended consequences to their misguided activism? ‘We Were Blindsided’: Female Wyoming Students Break Silence after Suing Sorority for Admitting Male KKG’s male member, sophomore Artemis Langford, stands 6′ 2″ tall and weighs 260 pounds, according to the complaint obtained by National Review. Langford has not taken steps to transition, the complaint states; he still carries a driver’s license that identifies him as a male, wears women’s clothing only occasionally, and has refrained from treatments such as hormone therapy, feminization surgery, and laser hair removal. Langford is sexually interested in women, the plaintiffs allege, using Tinder to meet them. Witnesses cited in the complaint said they’ve seen Langford sitting alone in private areas of the sorority house, where he can get a close look at women walking by, with a visible erection. Sometimes, a pillow sits on Langford’s lap, the witnesses said. https://www.nationalreview.com/news/we-were-blindsided-female-wyoming-students-break-silence-after-suing-sorority-for-admitting-male/
