  1. DeSantis listened to the wrong people. He should have never put his hat in the ring this year. Now I wonder how long Haley will last. She certainly will be getting the GOP establishment money, but they can be fickle, just ask Jeb Bush.
  2. Didn't the Democrats label her a political tool when she testified to Congress?
  3. Each office processes N400's roughly on a first come first served basis regardless of 3yr or 5yr filing (of course there are exceptions depending on the case complexities). Some offices are fast, and some are slower.
  4. He has only been gone for 8 months with a re-entry permit in process which may be one of the reasons he was given a tough time last time he entered the US, so I don't expect an issue. I would make sure he has proof of his ties to the US as you demonstrated, as well as the information on the filing of the REP. He may get questioned as to why so many trips to the US, and all I can add there is he should be honest. Overall, he should be fine as it sounds like you will do what you can to prep him with the available proof of maintaining residence. If CBP gives him a tough time, make sure he does not agree to give up his GC as there are stories of CBP doing this although I haven't heard of anything recently. Good Luck!
  5. I don’t disagree, but that is getting more into a political discussion which is reserved for the CEHST forum.
  6. She does not become an LPR until CBP endorses the visa she is traveling on when she uses it to enter the U.S. Overall, if you are worried about you wife traveling with your USC child, and you are unable to accompany her, send her a notarized letter explaining she is traveling to re-unite with you in the U.S. That is a fairly common practice for any parent crossing an international border. For instance if you decided to take a trip to Canada with your child without your wife, you should have a letter from her in case Canadian Border Control asked to see it. Good Luck!
  7. Not sure of the best place, but once you choose a new consulate, you need to contact them and request that they take your case. The decision is entirely up to them, but in general, if a US consulate is functioning in the country of residence, they will not allow a transfer. Good Luck!
  8. I am not sure that is how this works. It will be years before anyone gets money from Trump as he can certainly appeal, and her lawyers are not working for free for that long. The other thing I don't understand is Ms. Carroll is a public figure, how can she sue for defamation.
  9. And yet Fani Willis all but admitted she did something wrong. Honestly, I could not care less about who slept with whom, it is more about hiring her unqualified boyfriend who is an ambulance chaser, so she could embezzle money for her own benefit. I know, it benefits the Leftist narrative, and strategy of prosecuting their political rival (what about the boyfriend consulting with the WH), so no problem that their is a two tier justice system.
  10. And then there is this. Btw, I understand that she said she was not raped, but of course who can tell given her credibility. Kind of on par with Ms. Ford Anderson Cooper cuts to commercial after Trump accuser E. Jean Carroll calls rape ‘sexy’ https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/766067/anderson-cooper-cuts-to-commercial-after-trump-accuser-e-jean-carroll-calls-rape-sexy/#google_vignette
  11. Seems a bit strange. "It Feels Like Something Has Gone Terribly Wrong" - 5 Swedish Cops Forced To Pay Fine To Convicted Syrian Migrant Who Brutally-Attacked Them The officers will have to pay out a total of 12,650 Swedish crowns (€1,122) from their own pockets to the 45-year-old convicted Syrian who has been sentenced to two years and seven months for his role in the riots. The officers have reacted with near disbelief over the outcome of the case. “It feels like something has gone terribly wrong in the legal system here. We are there and doing our job, yet individual police officers must be forced to pay out of their own pockets to people who really wanted us dead,” says Aleksandar Jeremic, who is a group leader in a civil suit involving the Botkyrka local police area and is now one of the five police officers ordered to pay court costs to the foreign national, according to Danish newspaper Dagens Nyheter. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/it-feels-something-has-gone-terribly-wrong-5-swedish-cops-forced-pay-fine-convicted
  12. Maybe @Crazy Cat is right. I wonder how Hillary feels. Report: Michelle Obama Angling to Replace Joe Biden for President https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/01/report-michelle-obama-angling-replace-joe-biden-president/

  14. I wonder if the folks that took a plea with this corrupt prosecutor are re-thinking their choice? Trump prosecutor Fani Willis faces hearing on misconduct claims, tries to weasel out of grilling by alleged lover’s ex-wife https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/trump-prosecutor-fani-willis-faces-hearing-on-misconduct-claims-tries-to-weasel-out-of-grilling-by-alleged-lover-s-ex-wife/ar-AA1nbZKK?OCID=ansmsnnews11
  15. Here is the guide for the I130 process you are about to start. We are here to help answer questions, but the form is fairly simple and can be filed and paid for online. You should also study the N400 guide for yourself as even though you have two years before you can naturalize, you can start doing research now. Good Luck!
  16. Personally, I would explain the situation with your preferred name in your intent to marry letter, and if your fiancé is questioned about it, they have that document to explain things. I found this thread, albeit fairly old, that had a similar question. Good Luck!
  17. Yes, CBP controls the border, and can deny entry to anyone that is not an LPR or USC, but someone entering with a valid immigration visa should be fine unless that person gives CBP a reason to question the legitimacy of the visa. If you are quite concerned about the entry, why not go back and meet them outside the U.S. and enter together? This would more than likely solve both of your questions. Good Luck!

    Denial

So your fiancé is not a U.S. Citizen (USC)? Until you are legally married, you are single as there is no legal “engaged” status. That being said, from your old posts just a month ago, I would wait before you apply for a B2 again. Good Luck!
  19. Yep, of course that is the interpretation of those extremist on the Left.
  20. Dashinka

    Denial

I agree, if circumstances have changed, you can always apply again. My only question is you say it was denied last year, when exactly? I would wait at least six months before applying again at the very least. Good Luck!
  21. I could slow things down a bit as USCIS does a background check on the petitioner. This may be helpful. Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/tools/uscis-tools-and-resources/information-about-your-immigration-document/updating-or-correcting-your-documents
  22. Ahh, another FBI replay of the Whitmer plot? If anyone is suggesting online or in person any form of violence, or conspiracy, and you do not know that person, more than likely they are a fed.
  23. Nothing like seeing a government create more people dependent on the government. No one wants anyone to be out in the cold, etc., but do we really want to be dependent on the government?
