    For naturalization you will definitely be called for an interview, and the IO should give you the chance to make any corrections to the N400 form at that time if you do not receive an RFE before that. That being said, it does not hurt to follow @Mike E, suggestions to get ahead of it. Good Luck!

    Don't have any first hand knowledge of this, but I do know spouses of USCs on military orders can expedite the naturalization process which would take care of any issues related to abandonment of LPR status.     You should be fine. You can take photos of the ceremony and time after the wedding (honeymoon or other trips) with you to the interview when that occurs. You don't need these to submit the package. Good Luck!

    I suspect the government will claim they cannot reveal anything as it would compromise methods or something like that.

    Certainly there are true asylum cases, but like with almost anything, people will take advantage of the system and so the numbers show the overwhelming majority are false. This is why my idea to streamline the process and hopefully the USCIS/CBP/ICE Officer (no need for an IJ)can weed out the false claims and get to the real claims. Instead you get a huge amount of people waiting in a massive line.

    Paywalled on the Star Tribune, but found it elsewhere. I found this interesting. "created a new deliveries tax" So Minnesota was the second state (Colorado, maybe @Boiler will weigh in, is the first) to tap into this new tax revenue stream. I suspect other Tax and Spend Democrat run states will be following suit. This was also quite interesting. "Minnesota legislators are studying a new “wealth tax” on unrealized annual appreciation of assets owned by the wealthy." Taxing unrealized gains. No wonder people that can are getting out. Socialism only works until you run out of other people's money.

    SSC? That was one area where the K1 was still useful in countries that do not recognize SSC marriages. Now with the Utah Zoom wedding, even that can be overcome to allow for a spousal visa for a SSC where the beneficiary is in a restrictive country.

    Yes, completely agree, it should be much more streamlined, so laws would need to change. Of course that is a problem in our current political environment.

    Interesting case. I tend to agree it is a good thing they are using a lawyer, but hopefully it is a competent lawyer. To request an expedite the EAD or not seems like a question the lawyer should answer as there is a bit of a difference of opinion here. I tend to be on the side of holding off due primarily to the nature of the case. Good Luck!

    Which is why IMO asylum cases should be treated like a B2 application. Why does it have to go through a court system? Why cannot it not be decided by an IO, or CBP officer with an assumption the claim is false (like B2 applicants are assumed to have immigration intent), and the petitioner responsible for the burden of proof.

    I agree, even with an I751 pending, the N400 was very easy and my wife was naturalized in a little more than 5 months.

    Hmm, a big jump in 2021. It would be nice to understand which processes are seeing the most lawsuits (i.e. I130, AOS, ROC, N400...).

    Technically, there is little required evidence necessary to submit the application (see N400 instructions pp. 10-11). Many people when filing online upload all the evidence required to be brought to the interview, but that can be done even after the application is submitted to the best of my knowledge. When my wife filed, she used paper, and only submitted items 2 and 3 on the required list since she was not overseas, and there were no military implications. She brought all the rest to the interview where the IO ignored all of it. Good Luck!

    Makes too much sense which means governments will not go for it. Let's be fair, EVs are not emission free regardless of what any environmentalist tells you, they can be very fun to drive with instant torque and acceleration, but I would not want an EV on a long trip. Several EVs are extra heavy especially the trucks, I wonder if those that buy them consider what a 3-5 ton pick-up or large SUV will do to their 4 inch un-reinforced concrete driveway or garage floor.
