  1. Better start learning to love bugs. Ireland Looking To Kill 200,000 Cows To Fight Climate Change; Are US Herds Next? Climate activists are coming for livestock producers and farmers. European governments have been targeting the agriculture industry for several years. The Telegraph reports that Ireland’s government may need to reduce that country’s cattle herds by 200,000 cows over the next three years to meet climate targets. In an effort to reduce nitrogen pollution, Reuters reported the European Union last month approved a $1.6 billion Dutch plan to buy out livestock farmers. https://cowboystatedaily.com/2023/06/02/to-fight-climate-change-ireland-may-slaughter-200-000-cows-are-us-herds-next/
  2. If you arrived on an Immigration Visa, the A-Number will be printed on the visa in your passport.
  3. I don't think anyone said he did claim to be a USC. The response was framed that if he in fact did, this would not be forgiven during a subsequent AOS processing.
  4. Just wow, and it is curious why no major media outlets are covering this like they did the KeystoneXL.
  5. Yes, CA all but legalized shoplifting which of course has the consequence of moving into some sort of organized realm.
  6. Was the AOS denied, or was the package rejected due to the missing information required evidence? If the latter, Re-file as soon as possible with all the required information. Good Luck!
  7. Filing based on the 3 year rule was also a piece of cake for my wife.
  8. If you have heard him speak, he is a potential threat to the DC establishment as he is pushing a much more centrist viewpoint.
  9. Most of the replies probably have it right, CIA/FBI types working for FB/IG/G.
  10. I am not positive as to how it works. As @Redro mentioned, it will be interesting to see how the consulate reacts to someone that only used it once. They could essentially put your visa application on hold (refused) for a year to have you go through drug testing to verify everything. I am not sure if that requires another application. Good Luck!
  11. So you exhausted the other suggestions from your other threads? Assuming so, yes, you can certainly mention your previous experience as USCIS and the Consulate will know about the previous LPR status anyway. Also, did your husband formerly relinquish his LPR status via an I407 form? Others may know better, but if he currently shows he is still an LPR, it may muck up the new application.
  12. As the others have said, it is when you enter the country activating your spousal visa. I will only add that when you actually receive your physical GC and check the "resident since date", this should show the date you entered the US on your visa, if it does not, you can file an I90 to have USCIS correct its mistake (at their cost) showing your CBP endorsement stamp as proof.
  13. The Democrats/Left are using a similar play with recent college graduates and their college loan transfer scheme.
  14. Of course it was and it will get worse. It is simply a gaslighting attempt by the Democrats/Left to further divide and get their loyal base in line. I have even heard the head of the CA reparations taskforce claim these would be good for the economy.
  15. I agree. Filing taxes does show a US expat is following the law, but proving domicile generally involves things like mortgages, leases, voting regularly, maintaining US bank account(s), etc. Good Luck!
  16. It is possible the consulate could refuse the visa to allow for a period of drug testing.
  17. "N/A" is the the best practice for the sections that allow it.
  18. No, you would put 1 as the entire sentence applies, not just the part you highlighted. You may exclude any unmarried children under 21 years of age, if these children have reached majority under the law of their place of domicile and you do not claim them as dependents on your Federal income tax returns.
  19. My thought is since they live in the same household, and the father doesn’t contribute any income, the OP can just have the mom fill out the I864A and pay there is no need for the father to do anything. If the mother fills out an I864 as a joint sponsor, the father will most likely need to fill out an I864A even with no income. Less paper.
  20. I vote I864 A since you live in the same household. Good Luck! Who May Be Considered a Household Member for Purposes of Form I-864A? For purposes of this contract, one or more of the following individuals may sign the Form I-864A as a household member if at least 18 years of age: 1. The intending immigrant, if the sponsor seeks to rely on an intending immigrant’s continuing income to establish the sponsor’s ability to support the intending immigrant’s spouse or children; 2. The spouse, parent, child, adult son or daughter, or sibling relative of the sponsor, if that relative has the same principal residence as the sponsor; or 3. Any other individual whom the sponsor has lawfully claimed as a dependent on the sponsor’s most recent Federal income tax return even if that person does not live at the same residence as the sponsor. If more than one individual agrees to help support the sponsored immigrant, each individual must sign a separate Form I-864A. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864ainstr.pdf
  21. Probably not a bad idea to put together an updated I864. Good Luck!
  22. How corrupt is the DOJ? This corrupt... The Department of Justice under the Biden Administration has become nothing but a tool of the regime. Actually, the Justice Department under both Obama and Trump was already a corrupt organization, and by the regime, I don’t mean the elected officials in office, but the permanent government that has come to be characterized as the “Deep State.” https://hotair.com/david-strom/2023/05/31/how-corrupt-is-the-doj-this-corrupt-n554646
