And yet Fani Willis all but admitted she did something wrong. Honestly, I could not care less about who slept with whom, it is more about hiring her unqualified boyfriend who is an ambulance chaser, so she could embezzle money for her own benefit. I know, it benefits the Leftist narrative, and strategy of prosecuting their political rival (what about the boyfriend consulting with the WH), so no problem that their is a two tier justice system.

And then there is this. Btw, I understand that she said she was not raped, but of course who can tell given her credibility. Kind of on par with Ms. Ford Anderson Cooper cuts to commercial after Trump accuser E. Seems a bit strange. "It Feels Like Something Has Gone Terribly Wrong" - 5 Swedish Cops Forced To Pay Fine To Convicted Syrian Migrant Who Brutally-Attacked Them The officers will have to pay out a total of 12,650 Swedish crowns (€1,122) from their own pockets to the 45-year-old convicted Syrian who has been sentenced to two years and seven months for his role in the riots. The officers have reacted with near disbelief over the outcome of the case. “It feels like something has gone terribly wrong in the legal system here. We are there and doing our job, yet individual police officers must be forced to pay out of their own pockets to people who really wanted us dead,” says Aleksandar Jeremic, who is a group leader in a civil suit involving the Botkyrka local police area and is now one of the five police officers ordered to pay court costs to the foreign national, according to Danish newspaper Dagens Nyheter. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/it-feels-something-has-gone-terribly-wrong-5-swedish-cops-forced-pay-fine-convicted

I wonder if the folks that took a plea with this corrupt prosecutor are re-thinking their choice? Trump prosecutor Fani Willis faces hearing on misconduct claims, tries to weasel out of grilling by alleged lover’s ex-wife https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/trump-prosecutor-fani-willis-faces-hearing-on-misconduct-claims-tries-to-weasel-out-of-grilling-by-alleged-lover-s-ex-wife/ar-AA1nbZKK?OCID=ansmsnnews11

Here is the guide for the I130 process you are about to start. We are here to help answer questions, but the form is fairly simple and can be filed and paid for online. You should also study the N400 guide for yourself as even though you have two years before you can naturalize, you can start doing research now. Good Luck!

I-129f questions (Merged threads)
Dashinka replied to ZephyrMoon's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Personally, I would explain the situation with your preferred name in your intent to marry letter, and if your fiancé is questioned about it, they have that document to explain things. I found this thread, albeit fairly old, that had a similar question. Good Luck! -
Yes, CBP controls the border, and can deny entry to anyone that is not an LPR or USC, but someone entering with a valid immigration visa should be fine unless that person gives CBP a reason to question the legitimacy of the visa. If you are quite concerned about the entry, why not go back and meet them outside the U.S. and enter together? This would more than likely solve both of your questions. Good Luck!

So your fiancé is not a U.S. Citizen (USC)? Until you are legally married, you are single as there is no legal “engaged” status. That being said, from your old posts just a month ago, I would wait before you apply for a B2 again. Good Luck!
-
I agree, if circumstances have changed, you can always apply again. My only question is you say it was denied last year, when exactly? I would wait at least six months before applying again at the very least. Good Luck!

Hmm, so active members of the military cannot openly criticize the administration even if warranted, but members of the deep state have carte blanche. I do wonder how many will be walking out and openly supporting Hamas. Good information, I cannot say that my wife has had GE issues when she was an LPR as she did not get GE until after getting her US passport, but I do remember using her GC in the regular kiosk when she was an LPR a few times, and also needing to scan the back of the card. Beyond that, time to schedule that trip to continue your experiments!

So the child is planning on applying for a B2 visa? As to relatives applying for a B2 for the purpose of attending the wedding, they can certainly apply, and each on their own needs to satisfy the CO with the DS160 information and interview that they have strong ties to return after their visit. Good Luck!
