  1. Better, but at the time Granholm had a GOP legislature, so her hands were tied a bit. Whitmer had the pandemic to exercise her totalitarian nature, and now has a Democrat controlled legislature and we are starting to see shades of CA, OR, NY, and WA in new bills, etc.
  2. Hmm, and the populace should trust the FBI/DOJ? Washington is in fact a swamp, and Chuck Schumer was right, if you upset the intelligence community they have many ways to get back at you (paraphrased). DC and the bureaucracy needs to be decentralized and in many cased dissolved.
  3. I completely agree, Fauci, Daszak, Collins, and the majority of the WEF members need to be guinea pigs in Wuhan.
  4. There is no real point of arguing with us, the evidence shows that the CO reviewed the I864 according to the latest I864P guidelines and it was not sufficient hence the request for a co-sponsor. Now while I agree, just because the I864P guidelines change, it does not require someone to submit a new I864, but in your case since you are right on the edge, and things changed with respect to your income, you probably should have done it. Now I forget, is your wife simply under a refusal awaiting a co-sponsor submission to an RFE. or is it an outright denial? If the first one, then you may be able to overcome it with your own new I864 with the updated income information, and even though still very close to the guidelines, with your wife's future earning potential, it may sway the CO. If the latter then a new application would be necessary. Others may know better. Good Luck!
  5. Can anyone trust the FBI/DOJ? This could have been staged considering they planned the raid while Trump was away, and had 50 or so agents doing the raid with no oversight. To be honest I would not believe anything coming from the FBI/DOJ with respect to anything that is political. Heck, the methods used by these groups has become tainted even at the lower non-DC levels (the FBI in Indianapolis allowed Larry Nasser to harm young girls/women for years).
  6. Musk has it right, PBS, along with NPR are state sponsored media, they need to support the DC bureaucracy.
  7. Don't want either. Trump is an egotist and even though I agree with much of his positions particularly regarding the swamp of the unelected bureaucracy in DC, he is old. Biden is simply a career corrupt politician that should have never been put in the WH, but of course the gaslighting of the Democrat voters and the anti-Trumpers is reached a boiling point.
  8. Yes, even if the visa is issued before the 2nd wedding anniversary, and the visa IV Category shows CR1, if the immigrant enters the US after the two year wedding anniversary, they are entitled to a 10 yr GC as an IR1. To echo @Crazy Cat, if you can avoid Removal of Conditions, it is a huge benefit. No need to travel with an expired GC and piece of paper (I797 extension letter), no need to get ADIT stamps after the piece of paper expires, no need to wonder for 2-4 years what is happening with your I751 application that is most likely just collecting dust in a USCIS service center.
  9. Except as @Boiler pointed out, additional dependents for the affidavit of support. To the OP, the spousal visa is far superior regardless of if children are involved. This will become even more so from a cost standpoint when USCIS raises their fees which seem to be targeted toward adjustment of status which would hit K1's. Good Luck!
  10. I don't fully understand what you mean by this. The CO only has the I864, and whatever is on that form is what they will use to make a decision. Also, an I864 does not become enforceable until the visa is approved and the immigrant actually activates their LPR status.
  11. Well all those folks that paid for the expensive EVs in the hope of changing the climate must be sorry.
  12. Ahh, she mistakenly lied. All is forgiven. btw, Granholm was a terrible Governor.
  13. I keep hearing that members/activist of the alphabet mafia are fearful, but for some reason they treat those that jump off the reservation with anything but tolerance. Heck, in a lot of ways they are as bad as or worse than the Scientologists.
  14. Probably not, but my point is the Democrats believe they can easily beat Trump especially given what happened in 2020/2021, and how Trump continues to put his foot in his mouth.
  15. I think the Democrats are counting on Trump gettin the GOP nomination which is why this indictment was orchestrated the same week we find out Burisma was paying a lot of money into the Biden family’s labyrinth of LLCs. The Dems figure Old corrupt Joe can still win over the suburban women from Trump whereas Old corrupt Joe’s chances against anyone else in the GOP, even Asa H., are pretty poor.
  16. I don’t disagree that the activist in the DC media are all about supporting the government. Not really sure why, but it is giving de facto control to the ever growing bureaucracy.
  17. To be fair, Biden doesn’t control the news media at least directly.
  18. So this person found Dr. Who? EXCLUSIVE: Crashed UFO recovered by the US military 'distorted space and time,' leaving one investigator 'nauseous and disoriented' when he went in and discovered it was much larger inside than out, attorney for whistleblowers reveals https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12175195/Crashed-UFO-recovered-military-distorted-space-time.html
  19. Don’t really think them charging Trump based on his own statements is wrong, but for that federal prosecutor to get up there and state that the laws are applied equally is frustrating. A lot of lesser folks have been charged and convicted for doing things that the likes of Hillary, Biden, Pence, Berger, and Trump has done, but for some reason the law is applied unequally.
  20. I agree, any photos are good, but no need to go overboard with the amount.
  21. Just curious as I did not see it in my scan of this thread. When you got the new benefit letter, did you fill out a new I864 with the new information? Apologize if this was asked and answered already, but I saw mention that the CO focused on the income listed on the I864 and you said your wife was too nervous to show them the 2023 benefit letter. If the I864 did not reflect the new information, that could be an issue.
