    Only the I130 and I130A to get started (see guide below). Not needed if going through consular processing (see below). You cannot enter the US with the intent to stay and adjust status, so your only option is to have your husband file the I130, and go through consular processing unless you are currently physically present in the US. Your husband will need to re-establish ties to the US and I have heard Montreal can be very strict about that. If your husband has a reason to repatriate to the US on short notice, you could also look at doing a Direct Consular Processing. Good Luck!

    Ahh, back to the bait and switch Bill the Senate created with their GOP dupe from Oklahoma. Did we not learn anything from Reagan's time? Democrats in DC cannot be trusted to keep their word, and nothing has changed. The President does not need any additional authority to secure the border no matter what KJU's sister says, and this Bill was not needed for that purpose. Heck, the Trump Administration had the border secure when Old Corrupt Petulant Joe took office and in the paraphrased words of Obama, 'messed everything up'. Anyway, your strawman is just more gaslighting that you seem to be so susceptible to.

Sure, it will be a politically biased Democrat jury which I guess will overlook it because....Trump. I am amazed at the TDS some people possess even now, but I guess it is expected considering the mindset of some. I suppose it is much better to have a career corrupt politician that made his fortune by selling his political influence in power since he is an insider, and that is the status these folks wish for themselves.

    We had fairly clear skies and as mentioned earlier, just outside of the total zone. It did get a bit darker, but I think thought it would be more pronounced, but it definitely felt different than just clouds. Overall, the darkest part last 2-3 minutes.

    I always like the Pontiac GP’s. The best Pontiac though was the Pontiac G8. Phenomenal car.

    On a whim, looked up some values for Vibes. I am seeing $5-6k on KBB, and elsewhere for 2010's with 150k+ miles. Must be because this was essentially a Toyota vehicle as there is no way I would pay that much for a vehicle that old.

    Some I751's are approved without an interview. How long ago did you naturalize? It might be the I751 was approved by the IO who did not see a need for an interview, and the approval NOA has not caught up to you yet. If not, this could become a headache for you albeit it would be a USCIS mistake.

    Pontiac Vibe. They haven't made that vehicle since 2009, couldn't be worth much more than $1,000 to $1,500.

    Going to head out with the dog for a little walk in a bit to get her reaction. She is used to being out walking at 3am, so I doubt it will be much. I think we are in the 95-98% totality range, so I expect it will be fairly dark.

    It will be interesting to see how it goes. As it is becoming more acceptable for someone to simply claim an alternate gender just by saying it, I expect eventually there will be some joining college women's basketball teams.

    How is any useful data going to be gathered from this experiment? What about what it will do to all those solar farms. I hear they don't fair well in hailstorms either.

    She had to think long and hard before answering. Probably making sure she said the right thing per the University of South Carolina's position on the matter. I believe just the day before she outraged the Woke Left "progressives" with her thanking God for moving on to the finals.
