  1. To be fair, the OP did not mention coming to the US on WVP/ESTA and staying to adjust status. It is perfectly legal to come on a visitor visa (B2/VWP), get married and leave for consular processing of a spousal visa.
  2. I know with my wife who also did not really have a middle name (Russians use a patronymic name), we filled out the AOS forms with her patronymic name as her middle name, and my family name as her new last name and the GC was issued like that. After the GC was issued then we went down to the SSA and changed her name on the social security card. Good Luck!
  3. Here is the big question, any past President contains a great deal of “classified” or “top secret” information in their heads. How are they stopped from relaying that information to anyone?
  4. Hmm, makes a lot of sense. How To Create a Fake News Cycle I struggled to make sense of it through much of 2021. The Biden administration and the mainstream media single-mindedly pushed untested vaccines even as the FLCCC accumulated more and more evidence that cheap, generic medicines could stop COVID. As I detailed in my new book, “The War on Ivermectin,” simply presenting evidence that doctors were using the medicine to treat and prevent COVID around the world was a dog whistle for the mob. After this crash course in media manipulation, I was much savvier and learned to spot the tactics. When in September 2021 Rachel Maddow tweeted a local news story to her 10 million followers about Oklahoma hospitals being overrun with ivermectin overdoses, I knew it was fake news. The report quoted a doctor claiming that patients overdosing on ivermectin were backing up rural hospitals. Supposedly people coming to the ER with serious injuries – even gunshot wounds – could not access care. The story was laundered through countless media outlets and blue checks, who were already skeptical of ivermectin because of its association with Trump and his supporters. In their eyes, a bunch of MAGA lunatics overdosing on “horse de-wormer” were killing grandma. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2023/07/05/how_to_create_a_fake_news_cycle_149447.html?callback=in&code=NJQXYMJKMGMTN2ZHNY0ZMDAZLWE1ZDMTNTM1MWVIYMZHNDY3&state=aa3300985a444d6b8f80a2e8075fd892
  5. Getting closer to needing 1.21 GW available at the charging station. Now if we can control and harness lightning it may work.
  6. You can do the Utah online wedding and next time you are physically present together you can file the I130 to get the clock ticking. Good Luck!
  7. So they disrupted Wimbledon. What I don’t understand is why they did not glue themselves to the grass with an oil based adhesive. All that security, for what? Just Stop Oil activists storm Wimbledon court for SECOND time - with Brit No1 Katie Boulter 'shocked' and 'worried' as man leaps from the crowd to throw jigsaw pieces, despite airport-style checks that caused 10-hour queues https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/tennis/article-12258307/Just-Stop-Oil-protestors-strike-Wimbledon-Court-18-Grigor-Dimitrovs-match.html
  8. They are still trying to get back into the middle of the road. It will be hard, and they may fail as that Left ditch is deep.
  9. Thanks, right over my head. Should have figured it with a name like Jebra Faushy.
  10. Take the transcripts, leave the returns at home. More than likely the IO will not ask for them. Good Luck!
  11. You can keep asking, or ask a congressional staffer to assist (not sure they help with expedite requests), but consider if nothing has changed, the results may be the same. Good Luck!
  12. Did Seinfeld not predict this? Bill bolts! Failed NYC mayor De Blasio left Brooklyn family home in Uber first thing this morning with suitcase after splitting from lesbian wife Chirlane - and despite saying they would continue living together https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12267553/Beaming-Chirlane-McCray-gives-solo-interview-announcing-split-ex-NYC-Mayor-Bill-Blasio.html
  13. Read through some of her posts. She is definitely fully gaslighted.
  14. Hmm, so legacy and privileged admissions are bad, except…. The interesting thing is this sort of reads like the entire college admissions scandal, didn’t some self-important people serve time over that? Joe Biden Opposes ‘Privilege’ In Admissions Despite Reportedly Getting Granddaughter Into Ivy League School Maisy Biden texted her father, Hunter Biden, on October 31, 2018, about her early application to UPenn. “I applied early decision to Penn today!!” she wrote. Over the following months, Joe and Hunter Biden worked to get Maisy into the school by meeting with Gutmann directly. “I’m going to try to see Pres GUTMANN tomorrow,” Joe Biden texted Hunter on December 13, 2018. Soon after, Joe Biden texted his son saying that he “had a great talk with Gutmann” and “Maisy still in the game for regular acceptance. But must do well in class this period. It’s real.” Hunter Biden reportedly told his daughter the positive news and suggested she show interest in playing lacrosse at the school. “I also think it would help if you had lax coach talk to their lax coach,” he said. https://dailycaller.com/2023/07/03/joe-biden-granddaughter-upenn-opposes-privilege-admissions/
  15. You mean like Biden bragging about pressuring, some may say extorting, Ukraine to fire a specific prosecutor to aide his son’s influence and maintain his 10%?
  16. I suspect this story will go away quite fast, it doesn’t quite fit the narrative being pushed despite Krasner’s preaching. Has anyone looked into how many illegal gun charges were dropped by his office.
  17. if you are planning on doing the AOS while she is currently in the US, you can file them together, or add the I485 later while she is here. If she plans to go back, the I485 will not come into play. No.
  18. The biggest thing that has not been completely fleshed out yet, is the insurance costs of EVs. With solid state batteries, it will become even more so as one thing no one ever talks about is how durable the batteries are to vibration and shocks. If an expensive EV needs to be totaled because the battery may be damaged from a minor impact, or the solid electrolyte breaks down given normal road vibrations, it will cost insurance companies a lot. EVs are still very much in the Early Adopter phase, and there is still a lot to learn about the full impacts of their adoption.
  19. You are right, the story reads like a Hollywood script, the question you do not want to learn, is who wrote it.
