  1. Filing for an immigrant visa requires consular processing back in your home country.
  2. If you have not left since last entering the US on your F1 and your circumstances have changed, you can legally AOS. At the time of the GC interview, the IO may ask about it, but intent is determined at the border.
  3. It would be hard to comment on that as we don’t know what the context was of that conversation. Overall, yes, you do not have to offer information to CBP, but you do need to answer their questions truthfully.
  4. The materials used to assembly the batteries are not very conducive to repair at this point. I have seen the Tesla and Rivian packs, and the potting used to fill the space between the individual cells is not easy to remove, so anyone specializing in tearing a pack down and refurbishing it for Re-use might involve a bit of liability insurance. On the whole, I think the insurance companies have not caught up yet particularly on full EVs. With full EVs being around 1-2% of the market, I am not sure the insurance companies have enough information to understand the ramifications. Time will tell' and the study cited in the video seems to show the insurance industry is waking up.
  5. If you get married in the US and AOS, there is no going to France for at least 6-8 months (YMMV) until you get either your GC or AP, as even if re-admitted on your student visa, your AOS filed before leaving becomes abandoned when you leave.
  6. Any news on that ship fire in Newark that resulted in the deaths of 2 firefighters? Ship was carrying many cars and to my knowledge is still burning.
  7. It will be a rude awakening to many when their insurance premiums start skyrocketing. Btw, here is the article that was referenced. https://www.fleetnews.co.uk/news/latest-fleet-news/electric-fleet-news/2023/07/05/electric-vehicle-repair-costs-revealed-versus-ice-equivalent
  8. The WEF and Klaus Schwab are real Bond villains. The problem they are trying to do their best to overcome is the US’s second amendment.
  9. I am still betting the cocaine will be attributed to Kackling Kamala, it is the only way they can drop her from the ticket.
  10. You do understand the DOJ is run by the Democrats/Elite DC insiders right? It was very clear even when Trump was in office, the bureaucrats at the DOJ were completely against him. If what the corrupt prosecutor alleges of Trump is correct, it will come out and he will be prosecuted, I can accept that. What I cannot accept is the fact that there are “special” people doing things even worse (the Biden political corruption scandal makes Nixon look like a saint) that are getting away with it. You seem to be just fine with that as it suits your political views which is troubling, but you do you. As long as the DOJ continues their corrupt ways, they will get no respect from me. Remember, it was the DOJ/FBI that allowed Larry Nasser to continue his nasty activities.
  11. No quick way for your brothers to gain LPR status via F4. Even if you applied for your parents, and 2+ years later they applied for your brothers under F2B, it is still 22+ years. Your brothers can try for a student visa, but they need to show they will return after their schooling is completed. Good Luck!
  12. Kind of makes the entire Dan Quayle “potatoe” thing pale in comparison.
  13. Not sure it is the best, but who knows. https://youtu.be/Sa7Yfjkedpg
  14. Not really a fan of organized boycotts, but I am a fan of people using their wallets to tell a company what they think. In this case, I don’t really have a dog in the fight as I rarely eat ice cream, and when I do, I tend to look for other brands more local rather than the B and J less than stellar offerings. Ben & Jerry's parent company Unilever loses $2.6bn in market capital as ice cream boycott kicks in over 'anti-American' July 4th tweet: GOP's Kristi Noem slams owners as 'liberal Vermont businessmen who think they know everything' https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12272011/South-Dakota-Gov-Kristi-Noem-slams-Ben-Jerrys-July-4th-tweet.html
  15. That certainly seems to be the case, and with those that are easily gaslighted by the likes of CNN, MSNBC, NYTimes, etc., it is simple to run that type of gambit.
  16. So you are saying some “special” folks should be treated differently by the US criminal Justice system? Maybe you should read the way Gal Luft is being treated. The simple fact is your straw man is immaterial when compared to how the Justice system is supposed to be used in this country, but you apparently think otherwise if it agrees with your politics.
  17. So it is much better for a career politician to sell the secrets or their influence? I get it, don’t want to upset the swamp dwellers in DC.
  18. The video here was hilarious. Hilarious moment bungling Just Stop Oil activist is humiliated by Andrew Pierce and Bev Turner live on TV: Duo are reduced to fits of laughter by eco-zealot's pleas to use Google during their debate and tell them they will 'boil in their own sweat' https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12271883/Andrew-Pierce-clashes-Just-Stop-Oil-activist-tactics-disrupt-Wimbledon.html
  19. So the location keeps changing. White House cocaine was found near the Situation Room and NOT in the West Wing visitor entrance: Drug story changes for the SECOND time as Secret Service now says dime bag was found in a more 'secure' location The West Executive Entrance sits on West Executive Drive - the driveway between the West Wing of the White House and the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. That drive is where Vice President Kamala Harris' motorcade parks and where senior staff have parking spaces. Senior staff and the vice president go to work in the West Wing through that door. It's also the entrance used by VIPs for their private meetings in the West Wing - Kim Kardashian used it when she had White House meetings during Donald Trump's administration. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12272303/White-House-cocaine-near-Situation-Room.html
  20. I heard they are now saying this was found in a more secure area near the West Wing entrance where the VeeP comes in. Total conspiracy theory, but could this be the strategy to rid themselves of Kamala?
  21. So a rich black women that made the most of her opportunities is telling an entire group of Americans they have no chance except to rely on the regressive Left. This is quite troubling, but I expect nothing less from a bunch of hypocrites. Jill Scott Changes the Lyrics to the National Anthem, Sparking Controversy Essence called it “the only National Anthem we will be recognizing from this day forward.” Responses were soon filled with criticism. Lavern Spicer, a Republican who is running for Congress in Florida, called it, “a WOKE rendition of the National Anthem where she changed the lyrics to speak about how oppressed Black people are.” “For reference, Jill Scott’s net worth is estimated to be $12 MILLION and is likely much higher. In what way is she oppressed?” she added. https://ijr.com/jill-scott-changes-lyrics-national-anthem-sparking-controversy/
  22. I understand that, but I am talking more philosophically, what does the government do with the information that is stored in the heads of the past Presidents? Maybe the Deep State can get their hands on one of those MiB neurolyzers.
  23. Bratt’s defense would most likely be “but Trump!, we need to stop mean tweets”.
