    And the activist are not groomers. SMH. In part that is because researchers who have touched this topic have been punished for their curiosity. Just ask Lisa Littman. Ultimately, her paper on the subject resulted in an unnecessary “correction” by the journal that published it, and the loss of Littman’s academic affiliation with Brown University, which prioritized activist outrage over Littman’s academic freedom.

    Maybe, maybe not. Use your passport number where it asks along with the relevant expiration. You use "N/A" for the travel document. "K1 Visa Holder" Use your new signature on all forms.     Well, I am not sure, I know they are doing CCD transfers of material for IV Visas, not sure about K1's. I was also thinking the "Do Not Bend" envelope were the chest x-rays, but to be safe take whatever came in the package without opening it and present it to CBP. If they do not need it, they will give it back to you.

    Congratulations, and Good Luck! Will this impact your planned trip? As to what to take, personally, I would take a copy of all the information requested on the interview letter (also listed in the N400 instructions) even if you already uploaded it, along with the I751 package and any updates you have for the N400. More than likely the IO will not ask to see any of it, but better to be safe than sorry with an RFE.

    Look at your visa, does it have a note on it like "DOCS in CCD", or something like that?

    You can open the outer wrapping to get your passport. Inside should be another envelope that tells you not to open. It is that envelope you will give to CBP when you enter the US on your K1 visa. Good Luck!

    To answer your specific question (far to late to edit my earlier post), no, the petitioner does not get the results from your medical exam. This is why most are suggesting you be upfront with your partner. Good Luck!

    You are correct, the I134 is a useless form particularly when related to a K1 as it is not enforceable, it is confusing, and if everything goes according to plan, it will be replaced by the I864 during the AOS process.

    Talk to the people that organized the seminar, talk to the Embassy/Consulate in San Francisco. She may be a little afraid to ask for help, but since she did tell your wife the story, she seems at least a little bit interested. Beyond that, I suggest when you see her next you relay the suggestions from @TBoneTX, and if she is able, maybe she should join VJ herself.

    How close are you to having the I751 decided? Worst case scenario if your ROC is denied while abroad you can be detained and be referred to an immigration judge as only they can take away your LPR status. In reality, more than likely you would be paroled into the US and given a notice to appear, but you are also able to submit a new I751 package which will maintain your status. Are you worried your I751 will be denied? Very few ROC’s are denied.     It is pretty self-explanatory. You are the petitioner, your fiancé is the beneficiary (be careful referring to her as your spouse). When filling out the I134 for a K1 visa application you do not fill out Part 4 as it explicitly states "if filling Form I-134 on his or her own behalf" which is not the case for you or any other petitioner sponsoring a fiancé (form I134 is used for other applications where a beneficiary may fill it out Part 4 on their own). No she is not required to sign the I134 for her case. Good Luck!
