  1. I would fill out the household size according to the I864 Part 5 1-8. If the roommates are not financially dependent on your husband, they would not be counted, so you would end up with 2, and the annual income range would be just your husband unless you are adding any liquid assets. Good Luck!
  2. Something I did not know about him. Tony Bennett's World War II Experience Was a 'Front-Row Seat in Hell' https://www.military.com/off-duty/music/2023/07/21/tony-bennetts-world-war-ii-experience-was-front-row-seat-hell.html
  3. And in keeping with the theme of this thread, the judge in FL is saying May 2024. Hmm, right while the primaries are wrapping up, and to my knowledge, "Superman" Jack Smith did not push for a speedier trial, instead I understand he needed to get to Subway. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/live/2023/jul/21/trump-indictments-2020-election-jan-6-biden-politics-live-updates
  4. Yes, impeachment is a purely political activity. My point was that a vaunted Democrat member of Congress actually told us Trump was impeached when he was looking for dirt on the Biden's during a hearing showing there was in fact dirt to be found. I know, slow, steady and corrupt.
  5. I think it has more to do with Trump upending things inside DC, and the fear that instill with the political elite and establishment bureaucrats.
  6. R.I.P. Mr. Bennett. Tony Bennett, masterful stylist of American musical standards, dies at 96 https://www.detroitnews.com/story/entertainment/2023/07/21/tony-bennett-masterful-stylist-of-american-musical-standards-dies-at-96/70442956007/
  7. The August bulleting shows it moving to 08Jan09. Hard to say really, but I agree, there is still a long wait.
  8. Final action dates for F3 is 08Jan09 according to the latest visa bulletin, so if an I130 is filed today, it will be 14-15 years. In your case, approximately another 3-4 years or so. Good Luck! https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Bulletins/visabulletin_August2023.pdf
  9. Hmm, so it seems Gerry Connolly (D) just admitted that Trump was getting too close to the Biden corruption with his phone call to Zelenskyy. Wasn’t that the whole issue behind the first impeachment? And now we get the politicized DOJ going after Old Corrupt Joe’s, sorry, slow, steady and corrupt Joe’s political opponents. By the Democrat/Leftist logic, should Biden be impeached?
  10. Call it "establishment", "elite", or "Democrat", it seems clear, Old Corrupt Joe was being protected. It's Increasingly Clear the Feds Were Protecting Joe Biden, Not Hunter Now, I'm not saying the feds were covering up proof of Joe Biden's illegality -- though circumstantial evidence and common sense say the family business couldn't function without his participation. I'm saying it's increasingly clear the Justice Department didn't want to find out if there was any evidence. No one wanted a replay of the Hillary illegal server scandal. And that's how Hunter got his sweet deal. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2023/07/21/its_increasingly_clear_the_feds_were_protecting_joe_biden_not_hunter_149529.html?callback=in&code=MTMYNGRLZDETOTDIZI0ZYTHLLWEWNGMTY2I0NMY1NME1NDFL&state=12011cd4a5744788964234602aef2f0e
  11. They are being forced into a corner. Could result in something much much worse than anything that happened in January 2021.
  12. Thank you TBone for doing the work to compile this into a coherent thread for one place shopping of all the Biden Slow, Steady and Corrupt activities. The Democrats doing the questioning of this IRS agents were way way out of their league.
  13. Even if they get enough men claiming to be women playing (after Rapinoe retires I suppose), I doubt there would be much of an increase in attendance or viewership.
  14. “Refused” does not mean “Denied”. It means they are requesting additional evidence be provided which you stated before they can give final approval and issue the visa. The only thing you can do is provide what they are requesting and wait. As @powerpuff stated, verbal approvals mean very little as a supervisor may review the case after the interview and decide more information is needed. That being said, getting a verbal approval is a positive sign, so follow their request, and remain patient, and hopefully the t’s will be crossed and i’s dotted at the consulate and you will get your visa soon. Good Luck!
  15. I agree. IMO, much better to have all this Biden corruption material in one place.
  16. For stories that do not fit in the "Daily Update on Biden Tanking America" thread, and show the Biden corruption, maybe we can gather everything in one place. I will let the moderators make the final decision. Anyway, no real surprise here. Biden $10M bribe file released: Burisma chief said he was ‘coerced’ to pay Joe, Hunter in bombshell allegations WASHINGTON — A bombshell FBI informant file containing a $10 million bribery allegation against President Biden and his son was released Thursday by Sen. Chuck Grassley, showing that a Ukrainian oligarch claimed he was “coerced” into making the payoff. The owner of Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, Mykola Zlochevsky, told the FBI informant in 2016 during a meeting at a coffee shop in Vienna, Austria, that “it cost 5 [million] to pay one Biden, and 5 [million] to another Biden,” according to the redacted FD-1023 form. “Zlochevsky made some comment that although Hunter Biden ‘was stupid, and his (Zlochevsky’s) dog was smarter,’ Zlochevsky needed to keep Hunter Biden (on Burisma’s board) ‘so everything will be okay,'” the document says. According to the report, the source then inquired whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden told Zlochevsky he should “retain” the younger Biden; Zlochevsky replied, “They both did.” In an addendum to the report from June 2020, the source told investigators that Zlochevsky claimed to have 17 recordings of conversations with the Bidens — two of which involved Joe. https://nypost.com/2023/07/20/biden-bribe-file-released-burisma-chief-said-both-joe-and-hunter-involved/
  17. Hmm, surprised? Not really certain why this kook felt the need to point out the Vegas thing. I got Jason Aldean’s ‘Small Town’ canceled by CMT: gun-control activist Aldean, 46, has been accused of promoting violence with his latest song “Try That in a Small Town,” which includes the inflammatory lyrics: “Got a gun that my granddad gave me / They say one day they’re gonna round up / Well, that s–t might fly in the city, good luck / Try that in a small town.” Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action, brought attention to the lyrics in a tweet posted Sunday night, in which she said the song is “about how [Aldean] and his friends will shoot you if you try to take their guns.” Watts also pointed out that Aldean “was onstage during the mass shooting at a Las Vegas concert in 2017 that killed 60 people and wounded over 400 more.” https://nypost.com/2023/07/20/i-got-jason-aldeans-small-town-canceled-by-cmt-gun-control-activist/
  18. We are losing talent to the DPRK as well. Not really sure that was a smart move, and may indicate the level of intelligence we are seeing in today's Army, etc. U.S. Soldier Defects to North Korea: Report https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/us-soldier-defects-to-north-korea-report/ar-AA1e0MA3
  19. To be fair, funding should have been cut off in 2020, but Fauci was still in place then. Typical Biden: We’re only NOW cutting funding for the Wuhan lab that likely caused COVID Per an ultra-quiet White House memo, the government’s ending funding for the lab after it refused to turn over requested safety documentation following a review process that started in September. That’s almost three years after WIV scientists and their lax protocols likely sparked the deadliest pandemic in recent memory. Look, we get Team Biden’s calculus here. Even the slightest admission implicating the lab in the pandemic would be a huge political black eye for President Biden and “public health” proxies like Anthony Fauci. https://nypost.com/2023/07/19/were-finally-cutting-funding-for-the-wuhan-lab-that-likely-caused-covid/
  20. I have no preferred pronouns, fee free to use what ever you want. I am not a Leftist snowflake that gets offended by stupid stuff. Back in my firefighter days, I was called a lot of things and never once ever thought to complain to anyone. I guess we have much weaker folks now. Progress? Like @Pooky, I never once defended any criminal acts that Trump may have committed, and only commented on the two tier system for the DC elite and those that do not belong in that club. Trump and many others are not deemed worthy of the DC club that allows for justifiable corruption which you seem to be so eager to defend or at the very least not acknowledge is occurring. Let's have one system of Justice and no special treatments for anyone please. I am game for that, but I want to see an example, indict Joe Biden for mishandling and disseminating classified information, then Hillary, then Trump, and then Pence (although I am not certain that Trump or Pence disseminated anything).
  21. I agree with @Redro, more together time is about the only thing you can do. How many times have you met before and after marriage? Is there a large age difference? Is there a religious difference? Those are some of the things I would be asking if I were a fraud officer or a CO. Also, the CO may have made a mistake with the I864, but the record reflects they are requesting a joint sponsor. You may want to get updated financial information from your wife showing that she is maintaining her income. Good Luck!
  22. That did not completely answer the question as to why your wife was not able to take a few days to come to Nigeria while she was in Sierra Leone since you were not able to get the time off work. I agree with @SalishSea, involving the fraud office is fairly rare, so no one knows how long it may take. I am curious about the request for a joint sponsor, so your wife has a job that sends her to Sierra Leone, but it does not meet the I864P requirements? I would focus on the request for a joint sponsor from the consulate.
  23. The reason the question was being asked of you is because an LPR/Green Card Holder cannot petition for a parent, but a USC can. Since you clarified you are a US citizen via naturalization you can file an I130 for your father, and the response by @Boiler is appropriate. If you file the I130 now for an eventual IR5 for your father, the process will take 3-4 years (more than likely into 2027) so the 10 year bar may be over. If the I130 is ready sooner, you can delay the process at the NVC stage until the bar is over. Beyond that, there is no quicker way for your father to eliminate his bar to entry. Good Luck!
